Finally free

Marie knocked on the door and deep voice told her to enter.

"Sir we have an applicant for the history teacher opening" Marie said.

The deep voice asked her in shock is it true and Marie just nodded her head. Then I was told to enter.

I entered the rectangle office with it's stone walls that are lined with multiple pictures. I looked at the dask that sat in the center of the room and a tall bulk built African man stood behind it. His black suit looked freshly ironed and neat.

"You are here to apply for our job opening?" The man asked in confusion.

"Uh yes sir I am. Jin Suo at your service" I said shaking his outstreched hand.

"Very good actually great we are quite desperate as you might tell" the principal said.

"I got the image" I said jokingly.

The principal laughed.

"Very good old sport" He said.

"How good were you in school?" He continued.

"The question I dreaded" I thought.

"I was decent in my subjects except history in which I excelled" I said.

The principal typed something on his dell computer and looked at me in an observant way.

"I see this but there are no records of your sophomore,junior and senior years in high school. Why is that?" He asked.

I stared at the floor and was ready for the we can't use you.

"I quit school in my freshman year sir" I said truthfully.

"I see. Well as long as you are excellent in your field I see no problem in hiring you. Welcome Mr. Suo" The principal said.

I looked at him in total disbelief but quickly perked up.

"Thank you sir. I promise you you will not regret this decision. Also sir the kids should be on break they are being worked to death. I know of the education rate here but these kids shouldn't be victimized by it. The breaks are to un-wind from school but these kids are being worked to death. They will not pass under this pressure. One more thing sir. Marie can teach math here she isn't useful behind the desk up there" I said standing up.

"And please call me Jin sir. If you need a front desk person I know someone perfect for the job" I said.

I expected to be told off but his response shocked me.

"I see who is this friend?" The principal said.

"My friend Blake" I said.

"I see what was your previous job Jin?" The principal said.

"I was a porn star sir" I said nonchalantly.

"Well.... your forth right on that aren't you. That's why I believed our female students will be in love" the principal said.

I just shrugged.

"I don't do that sir" I said.

"Very good. Dr. Shane if you would" the principal said.

"As you wish Dr. Shane" I said.

"Marie!" Dr. Shane called and Marie poked her head in.

"Show Jin to his class room please" he continued.

Marie nodded her head and we exited. On our way to my new classroom Marie got curious and asked my previous occupation.

"You look vaguely familiar to me what did you do?" She said.
