Manik nodded his head n took a sip from his drink starring at the lightings of house ...

After a while ...manik spoke ...

M - ".....ummm.. u r looking beautiful "...said looking here n there ...

Nandini who was playing with her bracelet cursing him for not complimenting her looked at him in shock ....as she wasnt expecting this ...

Seeing nandinis expression manij gave her "what" look ...
She nodded her head negatively n said ...

N - "thanks"....playing with her bracelet.....

Again both were silent n this time nandini broke it...

N - " manik y do u take vitamin n calcium pills "....asked hesitantly ...

Manik who had a peaceful face after a long time turned towards her with a jerk n in complete shocked face ...

M - " did u goo through my things in my room "...said gritting his teeth ....

Nandini knew he would burst out but she already had a cooked up story in her mind....

N- " noo ...actually kal jab tum office jaa rahe the tab wo tablets tumare bag mai se gir gaya tha soo ...i thought of returning it back but tab tak tho tum ghar se nikal chuke the ...n my friend used to take these pills so i got know about them "...said praying to ayyaippa in her mind that manik should believe her ...

Manik narrowed his eyes ...nandini gave a determined look soo that she doesnt get caught while lying ...then for her luck it worked ....manik moved his gaze n was starring the front ...
Nandini became quite if she pulls it more he would surely burst out ...as she didnt want that ...

After a long silence manik spoke ...

M - " y do u want to know "...still starring at the front ...

N - " umm....jus...just like that ..u know general knowledge "...said trying to make sense....'keyword - trying '...

Manik chuckled listening to her general knowledge answer ....

M - " tum hamesha se aiise hii ho kya "....asked in amusement ...

N - " haa obvio ...one n only piece ...specially designed by god ..u know "....said boosting herself ...

That was it manik couldnt control anymore he burst out laughing ...

Nandini made a sad pout ...but later it turned into a smile seeing manik laughing whole heartedly ...

N - "manik u know what "...

M - " what"...said after he stopped laughing ...

N - " tum na aiise hii haste raho ...it suits u a lot "...

M - " hasne ke liye koyi waja tho honi chahiye naa ...aur mere life mai aiise koyi bhi waja nahi hai jisse mai dil kol kar hass saku "...said sadly smiling ....

N - "manik life mai naa bahut saare situation aathe hai ...some will make us cry ..some Will make us laugh ...some situation hurt us ....sometimes a lot...but manik life hamari hai ..aiise kahii saare situation aathe rehthe hai ...but it totally depend on us that how we mould that situation ..."....said calmly ...

Manik was just looking at her listening to each n every word of her ....n she continued ...

N - " tume patha hai chinese crockery kaise banthi hai ..."...asked softly...

Manik nodded his head in negative ...

N - " u know it looks fragile but it will be quite hard ...it will be sifted, pounded, molded, then put in a kiln a 1,300℃ fire ....but thats not all ...if after all that, its not perfect, they have to discard it...."...

N - "manik agar usne tume chodh ke nahi gayi hothi tho shayad tum aaj jo kuch bhi ho...wo nahi hothe manik ...u worked soo hard n gave a new height to malhotra companies ...u should be happy that she went out of ur life like for ever....agar wo tumare saath aaj tak rehthi n keep using ur money n breaking ur trust without u even knowing all this...u would be shattered more ....abhi bhi time hai manik ...to give ur life another chance ...to lead a happy life which u deserve ...u went through soo much in ur life n because of that ur soo successful now ...u set ur own standard in the company n gained soo much by ur hard work ...manik ek baar socho agar wo sab tumare life mai nahi hua hotha ..tho kya tum ithne successful hothe ...manik jo hona tha wo hogaya ...uski wajase tum apne aap ko kyu takleff de rahe ho ....manik wo kahi aur aiish se zindagi bitha rahi hai ..shez enjoying her life n look at u ..what u r doing ...ur ruining ur life for no reason ...apne parents, sister n friends ko kitni takleef de rahe ho manik ...just let someone inside the wall which u have created around urself ...let that person heal u manik ....then see tume dekh kar wo pachthayegi ...ki she cheated on a gem ...."...said looking into his eyes ..manik was looking at her eyes without blinking ...thinking of what all she told ..

Nandini got to know that he needs time soo she took her hand back from his hand.....n started walking towards the door ....she turned towards him who was looking at her itself n gave a glance n walked off ....

She came down n joined others.. all asked her where was she ...she told them that she was in washroom ...she was very afraid what if manik again gets angry n break stuffs over there ....but suddenly she saw manik coming down from the terrace...his face was expressionless ....
He walked pass her n went out of the house giving her a last look ...
Nandini thought of giving him time to think ....she joined others at the bar counter n hence the party continued ....
