Chapter 1-Road To Hell

My name is Raven Carlano, I am 23 years old. I have long black wavy hair, porcelain whie skin, big dark blue eyes and soft full lips that always have some shade of lipstick painted one them. I live in Los Angeles, California, I work as a journalist, writer, detective and paranormal detective. I have written 5 award winning books, 10 famous articles and have successfully solved 30 cases both normal and paranormal. My next case will be the case that will make me rich and famous beyond my wildest dreams.

I'm investigating a small town in Ohio that goes by the name of Hollow Heart. Hollow Heart is said to be home to Slenderman, yes you heard me correctly I said Slenderman. Not only is this town home to Slenderman but it's also home to Jeff The Killer, Eyeless Jack, The Rake and many more internet famous monsters. I was sent to this town to prove that this town is safe and killer free. You see I'm a sceptic and all of the paranormal cases I have investigated I have successfully proven to be hoaxes and this case is no different.

I'm driving down an empty road surroned by trees, my GPS tells me that I'm getting close to my destination. All of a sudden my GPS begins to glitch out along with my car radio making an ear piercing shreek. I hold my head in pain with one hand while the other one is on the stearingwheel making sure I don't crash. For a brief moment I look out my window only to see a tall man with no face standing near the trees. I shake it off and say that I'm just hallucinating from sleep deprivation. I mean being on the road for days with no sleep can do that to a person.

Finally just as I was about to lose all hope in finding this town there it is a beaten up rusty sign that reads "Hollow Heart safest town in Ohio.." The word safest is crossed out and replaced with the most dangerous. Under the metal sign is a faded wooden sign that reads "ALL WHO ENTER THIS TOWN WILL NEVER LEAVE" The signs don't phase me at all I've seen plenty of signs like these before. This town is nothing but a ticket to fame and fortune to me. I am not afraid of it.
