this is not something to glorify.
this is not something to take comfort in going through.
this is not something to look at and think, "wow, i'm really at this point."
this IS something to talk to someone about.
this IS something that shouldn't be ignored.
if you do not help us, if we let ourselves sit like this, counting our scars, adding points to our scoreboards, the ending will be far from beautiful.
