LISTEN TO THE SONG WHILE READING THIS!! DO IT NOW

The end of summer was soon crawling upon the novaks and they still hadn't decided what to do. Lucifer had suggested they sell the beach house for money and go back home but no one else really wanted to do that. They had made so many memories here none of them could bare to leave them behind. So they decided to sell the house and move into the beach house permanently. The novaks Went Home and packed all their things. Then within a couple months they were back at their beach house with the rest of their things. They got home and cas looked over to deans house to hopefully see him running out to greet cas. But no. He was a little disappointed but school had just recently started so dean was probably busy. Cas sighed, and dragged things up to his room, flopping down on his bed. He stared at the ceiling, his mind starting to wander. At first it was all harmless thoughts till they became dirty. And not the harmless type (if there was one) I mean the full on, graphic dirty. As soon realized what he was thinking about and slapped himself in the face. He looked down to see he had a full on boner

"Shit" he mumbled and grabbed a pillow, putting it on his lap trying to make it go away.

3 days. That's how long he went without having any contact with dean. And it was absolutely killing cas. Soon the weekend was upon them and cas took that time to trot over to deans house, knocking on the door. It opened a few seconds later to reveal a dishevelled looking dean. Cas stifled a laugh

"Hey. Did I wake you?" He asked as dean shook his head, yawning

"Nope" he said giving a sloppy grin before letting cas in and closing the door behind him. They walked up to deans room and closed the door behind them, lying down on deans bed. Cas sat cross legged near deans pillows, leaning against the wall. Dean lied down, using cas's leg as a pillow. The two sat and talked, cas playing with deans hair. Whenever dean would doze off cas would gently kiss him to keep him awake.

"I can't believe you're moving here for good now" dean said giving a slight grin as cas chuckled

"Neither can I. I can't believe my parents are gone either......" Cas said his smiling disappearing as he looked down. Dean frowned and sat up hugging him

"Cas I'm so so sorry" he said as tears filled the young boys eyes. He buried his face in deans shoulder as the water works started. Cas sobbed into deans arms, not being able to stop it. Dean rubbed his back soothingly, silently humming to him and gently swaying back and fourth. Cas cried for a good 20 minutes, dean not leaving his side. Castiel eventually calmed down, pulling away and wiping his eyes

"S-sorry" he muttered looking away as dean gently pushed his chin up with his finger, making cas look at him

"Don't apologize for something like that" he said "I'll always be here for you" he said as cas nodded slightly. He hugged dean again, the two lying down on the bed, falling asleep in each other's embrace

It was yet another month before cas and his siblings actually got to go to school. It was now October and the leaves were now turning a beautiful orange/gold colour. Dean and cas had been dating now for about 4 months and everything was going smoothly. No one in his family found out which was good. Cas had been enrolled into the local highschool where dean was as well. It was their graduating year so they worked extra hard and would occasionally help the other with homework or something. They had a few classes together which they spent goofing off but did occasionally pay attention. Dean had gotten onto the football team and ranked up to captain and quarterback pretty quickly. Cas would go see every one of his games to cheer him on. After the games they would go out for milkshakes at the diner they went to in the first two weeks they had met to relive memories. Kind of like a stereotypical high school romance.

And soon months passed and graduation was crawling up fast. Both dean and cas were working their assess off to finish all their school work. But as the end of the year etched closer things became more and more difficult. The homework piled up, on top of that the stress of graduation, plus looking after Sammy and dean wasn't sleeping and barely eating. And one day he couldn't take it anymore.

The two were one day sitting in deans room studying, both surrounded by books and concentrating highly. Cas kept glancing over at dean, being quite concerned. Dean kept nodding off before gathering himself and continuing to read again

"Dean?" He asked as he looked over

"yeah?"

"Are you sure you're alright? You look like you're falling asleep" he said, his face painted with concern

"Uh y-yeah. I'm cool" he said giving a small reassuring smile. Cas reluctantly nodded and looked back down at his paper. A couple minutes later cas heard a thump, making him jump. He looked over to see dean had fallen face first into his homework. He bit back a smile

"Dean?" He asked. No response. "Deeeeaaaan?" Still nothing. Cas' smile faltered as he slowly crawled over "dean" he said again, poking him. No response from the winchester. Cas started to panic "dean!" He called, shaking him but there still was no response from his lover. "Dean this isn't funny!" Cas kept shaking him "DEAN!" He yelled, tears now filling his eyes. He checked for a pulse. His heart beat was the same. He kept shaking him as Sam walked in

"Cas?" He asked as he turned, fear visible in Castiel's eyes "everything ok?" He asked as Castiel shook his head

"D-dean h-he just..." He choked on his words as Sam rushed over "h-he collapsed a-and now he's n-not waking up" cas stuttered. Sam shook his brother

"Dean come on! Wake up!" Sam cried but the eldest Winchester remained unmoving.
"DAD!" Sam yelled as he kept shaking his brother. John rushed upstairs

"What's wrong?!" He asked

"Dean won't wake up!" Sam exclaimed as john bent down and shook his son by the shoulder but still nothing

"I'm calling the ambulance" john said getting up and grabbing his phone, dialling 911. Sam and cas stayed with dean, both of them scared out of their minds. Cas gently lifted dean up, making sure he was able to breathe properly. he buried his face in his hair as he held him

"come on babe. please be ok" he mumbled

The ambulance soon came and picked up dean, cas going with him while john and Sam drove behind the ambulance. They got to the hospital as dean was rushed into one of the rooms to be checked on. They didn't have to wait that long but for cas it felt like forever. His mind kept racing and going back to all the bad things that could happen. He kept fiddling with a necklace dean had got him. Soon the doctor came out and all three looked up

"Your son is going to be fine. He collapsed due to the lack of sleep and nutrition he had been getting and over working himself" he said as john sighed "however he needs to lay off the physical activity for a while till he gets himself back into shape. Not eating really did a number on him" he said as john nodded

"Thank you doctor. Can I we see him?" He asked as the doctor nodded

"Follow me" he said and lead the three into deans room. He was lying on the bed, one arm draped over his eyes, his other arm beside him with a tube out it.

"Dean?" Cas asked, walking over. He took his arm off if his eyes and smiled weakly at his boyfriend

"Hey cas" he managed as cas smiled sadly. Sam ran over and hugged dean tightly, making dean chuckle "Heya Sammy" he said as Sam bit back tears

"You're an idiot you know that?" He asked as dean rolled his eyes

"Yeah I do" he said sighing "I'm sorry" he said looking down as john crossed his arms, sighing.

"Dean. You know you can't do that" he said "it isn't healthy"

"I know dad. I'm sorry" he said as john gently patted his shoulder

"It's ok buddy. I'm just glad you're ok"
