Sonia's POV
Charlie, mum, the twins and I reached Five Guys and took out seats. A few minutes later, Leondre arrives with Tilly, Karen and his mum, they search for us and my mum gives them a small wave. Victoria smiles and leads the rest of them towards our table, my palms begin to sweat and my breathing becomes unsteady.
"Don't worry, Sonia. You'll be fine." Charlie assures me, but that doesn't seem to calm me down. We order our food, and wait for our food to come. Awkward silence between the three of us, whilst Tilly is playing with the twins, and mum, Victoria and Karen are in a deep conversation.
"So, how's your day been?" Leondre questions to lighten up the mood.
"Good I guess, same old, same old." I reply, with no eye contact. Charlie answers, "She's really good at athletics, and she has some new hot teachers who she finds fit." He nudges me and throws a wink.
"I do not think they're fit." I argue back, but not believing my words.
"That was hesitation." He jokes
"Shh, Charlie. You can't say ought. You were totally checking out waitress out in Starbucks." I joke too. He begins to blush,
"I have Chloe remember, so how was I checking her out." He adjusts. His cheeks are slightly rosy.
"Hmm, where were your eyes, oh yeah. At her bum, skimming up to her boobs AND you offered to help clean the table that she accidentally spilt water on next to us. It's pretty obvious Charlie, you can't deny it." I smirk at him. Now his cheeks are really red. He smiles, and digs into our food that arrived 5 minutes ago. Leo on the other hand, isn't eating, he's playing with his hands under the table, his head's down etc I can still see those chocolate Oreos glistening against the light above us.
"Excuse me," he rushes out of the diner and I follow after him.
"Care to tell me what's wrong?" I ask, slightly pissed at him for leaving and I haven't yet recovered from our distant relationship.
"So now you're talking to me. I don't understand Sonia, I really don't! Why won't you talk to me? I try to make every move I can and I've been here for two days, both of those days you haven't tried to make a full conversation with me. And now you're with Charlie, laughing, smiling and joking the way we used to be. I'm sorry I haven't spoken to you for a year, I haven't attempted to see you or answer any of your texts and-"

"Do you have a reason?" I cut him off, "do you have any reason what so ever as to why you left me, why you didn't attempt to see me or answer at least of my texts. 1 word was all I was asking for, did I get that? No! Instead all i got was a new house, new school and bullies, everyday Leo. They make my life livin hell. My parents are going to split up! Ever wonder why my dad ain't around? So tell me, do YOU have a reason?"
He stays quiet, with his head down and hands in his pockets,
"Didn't think so." I whisper, now I too have glossy eyes, I feel drops on my forehead.
"I'm sorr-" I attempts to apologise
"It's too late to apologise, besides, it doesn't mean anything." I cut him off.

"Ugh," I grunt. It's starting to rain. I shrug my shoulders and sprint out of the car park, faint yells from Leondre, but that doesn't stop me, it only makes me want to go further. I keep running and running until I bump into a group of people, by now I'm soaked and the rain is petty heavy.
"Look guys, it's the left over from Leondre's plate!" Lucy sniggers,
"Not now please, I just want to go." I beg, I start to shake.
"Without your treat, I don't think so." She sneers.
Josh walks over to me and punches me in the stomach, with Callum behind me and kicks me in the back. I yell in pain. Lucy grabs my arm and gives me a Chinese burn where all the new cuts are, it stings badly and she scratches them with her clawed nails. Tyler slaps me a few times on the face and punches my cheeks a few times, this goes on for a repeated number of times and Lucy crouches in front of me.
"Don't think that this is bad, we haven't even started yet. Don't tell anyone, especially Leondre, or else, you're not the only one who's gonna suffer a beating. She slaps me round the face, and kicks me with her heals before running off with the boys. I look at my stomach and its bleeding, as well as my head and my arm too. I sigh, and try to get up, crouching my back, since it's in pain.

I deserve this,
I'm worthless
A stupid bitch
A nobody
I'm just....
