Chapter 40: Alex Been Adorable As Always.

Liz POV****

The next morning.

I wake up and realize that I wasn't in California no more, I was in Miami.

I looked to my left an noticed my big brother, Christopher and my son alex in the middle, both laying down next to me.

I check my time and it was still early.

I went to the bathroom to do my business and I went downstairs to make myself some coffee I was gonna make breakfast but Richard told us that we will going out to get breakfast.

On my way downstairs I saw someone was already up.

He was sitting on the couch of the living room.

"Morning" I said not knowing who it was but yet I keep walking to the kitchen.

I stopped by the coffee maker.

I was getting my coffee ready until some hands were wrapped around my waist.

Joel? Nah it can't be, not after what happened last night.

What? Is it another joke Erick? because I will not think that is Joel again.

"Morning" that voice said I quickly recognized who it was.

I quickly got away from that person I wanted to see if it was him.

I finally meet his eyes, and I was wrong.

It was Joel.

"J-Joel?" I asked.

"Yes" he said walking towards me.

I keep walking backwards until I finally made it to the wall.

" I still love you" he said really close to my face.

I can smell the alcohol.

"Joel, you're not on a good shape" I quickly said trying it help him out.

"No, I'm fine" he whined.

He was getting close to my face, and my heart started to race.

Are we actually gonna kiss? I been missing his lips so much, is been five years since I haven't seen him.

I close my eyes expecting that kiss to happen.

"Joel?" I asked opening my eyes again, since he was taking so long.

He was still in front of me, and his body was still towards mine. But he was on his knees, he had fallen sleep. His face were on my stomach, I tried to move him but he put his arms around my waist.

I stood there for maybe 15 minutes, until finally someone came to my rescue.

It was my son, alex.

Great.

It's not like I didn't wanted to see him, but I didn't want him to see me against the wall like if I was scared, and his dad in a bad shape.

"Mommy" alex ran towards me.

"Chaparro" I started off.

"Go get Christopher" I added.

"Who's Christopher?" He asked.

I totally forgot that I didn't introduce them correctly.

Great.

He only knew Erick but probably he doesn't knows where he stays.

"Listen to me carefully Alex" I said sounding serious.

He nodded and I continued talking

"Daddy is not feeling well" I said touch Joel's soft hair.

"I want you to go upstairs and get the person who we spend the night with that's Christopher " I added.

He nodded again.

"Now go and hurry up because I'm already tired of standing up" I said.

I look at him running upstairs where I finally I couldn't see him no more.

Christopher POV***

I was having a peacefully dream of me been at the beach and i saw some cute girls. I decided to make my way towards them.
I was about to say something to them but I felt someone was shaking me.

"Christopher" that person said.

"No estoy" I said putting the covers on my face.

"Christopher"

I heard that person again.

"Mom?" I asked.

"No"

I finally opened my eyes to find Alex standing next to the bed.

I quickly got up and sat at the end of the bed in front of him and putting my hands in each side of his stomach.

"Que paso?" I asked.

"Daddy is not feeling well, and he has mommy against the wall. It looks like he gonna eat her" Alex said.

Eat her?

I wanted to burst out laughing but I knew alex was been serious and I didn't want to make him feel bad about it.

Hey what can i say I'm a nice guy.

"Donde estan?" I asked

"En la cocina" Alex said.

And with that we both ran into the kitchen.

I finally saw Liz, and he was right. Joel had her agaisnt the wall.

He wasn't eating her thought.

I burst out laughing and Liz just gave me a look of "bitch you better help me"

I quickly got serious and try to detached his arms from her waist.

He finally let go and we lay him down on the floor.

"Now let's carry him to the couch" I said.

I grab arms, Liz grab legs and alex grab Joel's shirt.

Is cute how he trying to help us.

After a few minutes of struggle we finally made it to the couch.

"OK so now let's go and wake up everyone so we can go to eat because im hungry" I said.

"I totally agree with you" Liz said.

"Me too" Alex joins in.

I swear this kid is so adorable, too bad i can't say the same thing about the dad .

We all went upstairs to wake up everyone.
