Respect yourself they scream from left and right respect yourself

Nobody's going to love a little skank like you respect yourself they say

Who's attention are you trying to get wearing your skirt so short as if that is the only goal in my life respect yourself they whisper from the corner, respect yourself their screams haunting my mind.

How can you respect yourself they say when your wearing that, they scream at me respect yourself but I do I say to myself.

To respect yourself is to look and act like this the school perches to the young girl to young, to young to know that this is wrong that they don't have to hear, respect yourself.

Respect yourself, Respect yourself, Respect yourself it haunts ones mind, Respect yourself, Respect yourself they scream in such a tone it can't be shut out, Respect yourself they scream it once more louder and louder.

I cover my ears and kneel to the floor its to loud, to shrill, to much, STOP I scream stop you know nothing I say nothing of my mind and my respect for me and for you which is very little right now by the way,

Not that you care for you only care if I respect me and who are you to judge my respect for me, for if you bothered to check you would know I do, I do respect myself for my respect for me is based on my and only my moral standards.

I respect myself for my respect for me is not based on the length of my skirt, how many people I sleep with or how many drinks I've had it is not based on the tops I wear or how they are cut, how much I show.

Girls who dresses like that can't respect themselves you said well I hate to burst your bubble of ignorance and stupidity but my respect for me is not based on the pieces of fabric I use to cover me, it is based on my actions, how I treat others my moral values are not yours nor are they anything like yours, my respect for me is determined by my level of kindness. Respect yourself

Those short shorts I wore yesterday didn't keep me up at night sorry it upset you but that's not my fault nor does that mean I don't respect myself because I do I respect my self I respect me I scream I respect myself I scream it louder right at them so it can't be ignored like the cries of so many others.

For I do respect myself thank you for sharing your views but I don't need them because I do respect myself.

It is you that needs to respect yourself
