"Do you have it? " I ask the mysterious girl. She lifts an eyebrow. I wonder if she even understands me. "The amulet, do you have it? It has a crystal ball in it, maybe its made of glass? " I say again. Maybe she doesnt have it, maybe it was a trick of the light.
"You mean this? " She speaks! She hold up an amulet with a dragon hand holding a glass ball between its claws. "Yes! " I say maybe to eagerly.
She notices.
"You want this? Maybe even need it by the tone in your voice. " She says as she haphazardly swings the amulet around. I compose myself. "Yes, it is important to me and my people. " i say. Damn. I let it slip out and now she knows I am a dragon tamer.
She smiles devilishly. "A dragon tamer, eh? Interesting... " yep, she knows. I shake my head. "Never mind that, give me the pendent. "
"Come and take it pretty girl. " I silently growl. "Very well. " I say as I pull out my sword and get in an offensive position.
