Chapter 1

A dark night made me fall one day. The droplets down on my lips and the on-going from my forehead broke the unseen dream. I woke up throwing my useless television's remote on the ceiling, which is almost dead today.

I was being asked to stay alone for a year so that, I can learn to talk and avoid misbehaving. My father's promise had took away my nights. I was staying in an old half cracked house in London that ensures me about free night water package falling right from the roof and the house that separated me from 54 miles i.e. (the distance from London to Brighton).

My cells were crunched inside. I was unable to find myself comfortable.

That night, I remained awake for hours. I was sitting holding my head and I shook as my phone beeped. I rolled my phone towards and checked the notifications thinking must be muffins.

He, muffins, was no one other than a teen's so called bf and the teen was me. "The so called" doesn't mean I was on time pass; it's just the word that irritates sometime.

Unfortunately it was someone I had no idea about. Ignoring at first, I continued crying (silently) for my sad days. The only thing I was surrounded by was nothing other than fan's creepy sound. Being bored, I finally switched on to whatsapp to know the person made my phone beeped almost after an hour.

"Hello"

"Who's this?" With an attitude!

I had a bad habit of hugging attitude and that is why I was being asked to stay away as the arrogant me was getting more arrogant day by day.

"It's me Martha from "the voice training group."

"Okay" and the so called boring conversation went on and on. I was bored at first but to be honest then the night went smoothly. It was the first and the last when we talked. She was from new Jersey, the north-eastern U.S. state with some 130 miles of Atlantic coast.

The day ended and another was in the front, the stars went off and my eyes were still open.

The days passed, there was no such message; I didn't know her actually. I did have a talk on "The voice training group" but we didn't know each other.

I remembered that unfortunate night when she approached me to join another group named "Our love" to have a talk on VN's (voice note). Being frustrated I agreed as I needed someone to look inside this creepy personality is not what it looks from outside. At that very moment I felt like stars lightning up my room and calling me near to make me known to the world I still exist. The next day I was in the group.

The day was silent and even my phone. As the night came along, the group woke up. That was my first time I talked on VN's. I was totally into it as the new voices touched my ears. They were five and six including me. From VN's to text, the talks were unstoppable and all the secrets revealed. I was afraid sharing mine; I lacked trust in people I don't know and it was still dark to jump directly to another day. I listened everyone with curiousness of what's gonna come further.

The people existed were Martha (approached me to be there in the group), Rosa (from America), Tammy (from Australia), Lori (from New York), Andrea (from Italy), and off course myself (Patricia from Brighton).

The stars went off.

On the next fine morning jumping off my divan I checked the notifications. I cried "Hello people" desperately.

"Oh good morning darling" Martha wished.

"Good morning, how are you?" I asked.

"I'm fine" and Rosa came in between joining the on-going conversation. It went on as a normal talk. I was literally stuck to my phone since 7 in the morning. It was 8pm now!

"Let's play some game, what's say?" I approached so that we can be closer from a certain game.

"Okay, that's something interesting" Andrea showed her interest.

"What about truth and dare" Martha suggested.

And all of us agreed with "Okay." The difference here was we didn't played any dare and just truth. So, Martha was the one to ask the questions and we shared everything we can.

"So, what was the funniest thing you guys did in your childhood?" Martha asked.
