The doctors rush around the emergency room. In the center of the room was Sarah and James, Sarah was in the process of childbirth, James being a good spouse was doing his best to comfort her. A doctor made his way across the room, he placed his hand on James's left shoulder.

"I'm sorry sir, but you need to leave the room. A problem has showed up and we need to perform an emergency C-section on Sarah."

"What?! No I won't leave her alone!" James stared at the doctor. The doctor shook his head slowly, letting out a saddened sigh.

"I'm sorry but you must, I know you care for her very much but if we do not do this, there is a chance the baby will die." James froze up hearing the words the doctor told him. It felt as if time had stopped around him, his heart sunk. All he would do is nod his head, he looked at Sarah. Sarah weakly looked at James with worry.

"Don't worry darlin' I will be close by, I promise." James would leave the room shortly after. Hours went by, James was standing in the lobby. The same doctor would come out with a soft smile. James made his way over to the doctor, seeing him smile gave him some comfort.

"Mr. Raynor, Sarah and the baby girl are ok. Would you like to come see them?" James would nod his head, the doctor would you like to come see them?" James would nod his head, the doctor would start walking to the room were Sarah and the newborn girl resided in. Sarah would be holding the a sleeping baby girl with red-brown hair in her arms, she would look at James with a soft smile.

"What should we name her Jim? I was hoping we could name her after your Aunt."

"Ashlen? Heh, alright if you really like that name we'll name her Ashlen then darlin'." The baby girl cooed softly in her sleep, Sarah would let out a soft chuckle, she would then start to rock the new born.

"Seems like she re-." The building would start to shake, the alarms would start to sound. Strange gun shots would be herd in the next room. A few seconds later the door was kicked in. A blond ghost stood in the doorway.

"The three targets have been found, proceeding with the next part of the plan." The baby would start crying, the blond ghost shot everyone but the baby in the room with a heavy dose of tranquilizer. Sarah passed out as the tranquilizer was injected into her body, James on the other hand was doing his best to fight the tranquilizer.

"Nova... Why?" He feel on to his stomach, he looked up at the ghost. The ghost took her mask off, her green eyes looked into James's hazel eyes. She made her way to Sarah, Nova picked up Ashlen and started to head out.

"You won't be seeing us for a while Jim, I'm sorry but orders are orders." James's was no longer able to fight off the tranquilizer, his eyes shut slowly, his body hit the floor. The cries of Ashlen disappeared. Nova looked down at the crying baby, Nova frowned slightly. "Quiet little one, we will be home soon. Then, well we will see what happens next." Ashlen would stop crying almost immediately. Hours passed by as they traveled from the unknown planet to Korhal. Once they arrived Nova took Ashlen into her apartment, once inside Nova made her way into her bedroom. She would place Ashlen onto her bed, Ashlen was sleeping softly. A small smile formed on Nova's face, she laid down beside Ashlen and went to sleep.

Two years later Nova would start to give out small easy pointers to Ashlen, she also was enrolling her in a Junior Ghost Academy. Nova was making Ashlen her lunch. Ashlen waddled in and hugged Nova's lower half of her leg, she let out a saddened sigh. Nova looked down and raised an eyebrow. "What's wrong Ashlen?" Nova would reach down and pick the young girl up, she moved her lunch and placed Ashlen on the counter. Ashlen shook her head slowly.

"Scared, Ashlen is scared mama." It had only been two years, Ashlen was slightly taller, stronger and slightly more smarter then kids her age. Nova would gently take Ashlen into her arms, letting out a soft chuckle.
