"You didn't tell me Discord was joining us for dinner." Rainbow Dash muttered, crossing her hooves in irritation. Here she was, expecting a quiet and peaceful dinner with her best friend, and what did she get? DISCORD.

It wasn't that she disliked him... She was his friend, technically...

Okay. That's a lie. She always held a grudge against the creature, and him spending so much time with Fluttershy only worsened her dislike for him.

"Oh? So you CAN see me!" the Draconequues exclaimed, ruffling the blue ponies' mane in mock affection. It was evident he wasn't too fond of her either, "I just knew you'd get better!"

"I don't need to see to know you're around." she spat, swatting away his lion paw. "You smell horrible. Like... Many different scents... It's..."

"Chaotic? Disordered? Ah... You sure know how to sweeten me up, don't you?"

"Yeah, sweeten you up. Then maybe you'll get eaten my Timberwolves or somethi-"

"THAT'S ENOUGH!!" Fluttershy bellowed, interrupting the petty dispute. "SIT DOWN."

The two immediately shut up, sliding back into their respective seats with no other words.

"Now... Rainbow, Discord is here to help you recover. Sort of like... A therapist of some sort..." Fluttershy smiled, but Rainbow's face contorted in shock.

"Excuse me...? HIM, help me RECOVER?? Thats the most st-"
"-WONDERFUL idea I've ever heard!" Discord mused, interrupting the pegasus's complaints.
Rainbow grimaced visibly at the Draconequus's enthusiasm, but stayed silent. She had a few choice words, but none were really appropriate to say in front of her friend.
"... I'm so sorry Rainbow... Discord wanted to help, so I thought it was a good idea..."

Though rainbow couldn't see it, she could almost hear the tears starting to form in the other's eyes.

"This is EXACTLY why I need to help! You're tearing this family apart!" growled Discord, though it was obvious he was trying not to laugh. He then went to comfort the yellow Pegasus, who was now in tears because of her supposed mistake.

"I would help but... I need to take care of the animals... Twilight's busier than ever... Applejack too... He was the only one...."

Rainbow Dash didn't say another word for awhile. She just sat down once again, just realizing her previous aggressive stance with her front hooves pressing hard against the wooden table. She didn't realize until then that she was basically interrupting every ponies life with her problem. If she didn't feel bad before, she did now.

"Cant I just take care of myself? I'm not-"

"Rainbow." there was a tone to her friends voice that made her stop. She could tell that the other was worried, and she couldn't help but wonder if the rest of the group felt just as concerned.

"... Fine. I'll let him take care of me... For now." Rainbow grumbled. She couldn't help but cave, feeling a bit guilty for the pressure she put on the others. But all the same she still didn't want DISCORD to be the one to take care of her. "But really... I wont need him ALL the time. I can still get on just fine with no sight!!"

"Oh REALLLY?" Discord laughed, shaking his large head in disbelief. "Come on! I've seen how you've been acting ever since you lost your eyesight! You can't even talk about your condition without getting tense."

"That is not true!" she argued, slamming her hoof against the floor.

"Not only that, but you don't go around by yourself. You need an escort constantly. What are you, a little foal?" something tightened around Rainbows neck, and Fluttershy gasped.
