"You can't run forever, Taylor!" The hunter yelled as he shot another arrow into my leg.

"Fück you!" I yelled, pulling the arrow out and running. He has been after me for the last 6 years.

"I'm going to end you like I ended the rest of your family!" He shot another one but I dodged it and jump over a lake, so he couldn't run after me.

I ignored his threats and screams as I ran back home. My clothes were covered in dirt and blood. I looked down at my leg that was still bleeding. Why isn't it gone? I should've heal by now.

"Drew!" I yelled walking into his room.

"Go lay on the bed." He said before grabbing a tube of purple cream.

I raised an eyebrow, "What the hell is that?"

"The arrow you were shot with was laced with wolfs bane and this will help." I let out a huge growl as he put the cream on my wound. He covered his ears due to the loudness of it.

I looked down at my leg and watched as my wound healed.

"Drew, It was the same guy... The one that burned the house."

My father was human but my mother and half of my family were Hales.

"Do you want me to call him?" He said standing up.

"No. I'll make a personal visit." I quickly took a shower and put on sweats. I put my hair in a messy bun and left.

The door was already open when I got there.

"Derek, I need to talk to you!" I yelled looking around the room.

"Taylor?" I turned around and saw Derek Hale, one of my favorite cousins.

"The hunter, he's back." His eyebrows furrowed as he shook his head.

"Kate's dead."

"She wasn't alone. There was a guy with her. He fled town when she died but he's back. He knows that I'm alive and he wants to kill me."

"You can stay here for as long as you want." He offered. I could smell someone else here.

"Who else lives here?" He looked back at me.

"Uncle Peter and Cora." He said smiling. I heard something behind me but before I could turn around, Someone tackled me. I groaned and looked up to see Uncle Peter hovering over me.

"You're a jerk." He laughed and helped me up.

"How have you been?"

"Other than the fact that I was shot by wolfs bane arrows earlier, I'm amazing." They both chuckled.

"Where's Cora? We're having a family reunion." I said looking around.

I heard a faint giggle and turned around. I opened my arms as Cora ran into me.

"Where the hell have you been?" She yelled hitting me playfully.

"I came back when I turned 15, and I decided to stay and I've been here for 3 years now."

"Now that we've caught up, Can we focus now?" Derek said getting annoyed. We nodded and he continued.

"We need to protect you and I know that hunters don't attack at public places."

"What the hell are you going on about?" I said crossing my arms.

"We're sending you back to school." Derek and Uncle Peter said at the same time.
