Family Barbeque Date part 2

Bradley's POV:

  I watched how Charlie was introduced to the pack. I saw how Blake's dad reacted to Charlie. I saw how Charlie's eyes flashed. If it were up to me, I would've punched Blake's dad. No one should talk to her like that. My wolf was angry and I felt guilty. Guilty because I didn't tell Charlie the truth. If she was pushed over the edge and killed someone, it would only get worse. She didn't kill anyone yet though. Charlie didn't kill Murrfield. She only burned his body, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. She didn't know that though.

    I could even see  the struggle to keep calm in her eyes. If it weren't for Lucas, she would've killed someone already. I just have to make sure she doesn't lose it. Once she's pushed to the brink of no return, that's it for Charlie and us.

Charlie's POV:

  I walked hand in hand with Blake. I smiled at the people he introduced me to. I think we've met everyone there is to meet here. I looked around for Bradley. I needed to talk to him about my powers. They're becoming harder to keep in check especially my fire power. When I was meeting Blake's aunt , I would hear this voice telling me to keep going. Keep going till I kill them all.

Flashback:

  A lady walked up to me. She looked a lot like Lina, but her was black with a lot of curls. "Hi", I say looking at her. She stared at me with curious eyes. Blake growled causing me to look at him. His eyes were black and focused on the lady. "Charlie, this is my aunt Nina", he says with a venomous voice. I took hold of his hand. I started rubbing circles with my thumb on his hand. He looked at me and his eyes went back to normal.

   "Hi, Charlie", Nina says while sticking out her hand. I stuck my hand out and shook hers. "I'm sorry I stared. Blake didn't say you were human." I clenched my jaw. "She's not human", says a familiar voice. It came from behind Nina. I looked over her shoulder and saw Bradley. I smiled at him. He went to stand beside Nina. He looked at me and smiled causing Blake to growl.

  Nina scoffed and looked at  me. "Then, what are you?", she says staring me down. I let go of Blake's hand and took a step forward. "Don't", Bradley says. Kill her, a voice says with venom. I smirked. Maybe I will. My eyes flashed orange and I let the person in my head take over. "Charlie", Bradley and Blake both say in a warning tone. I held my hand out. "Curiosity always kills the cat. Would you like to be the cat killed be curiosity, Nina?", the venomous voice said.

 I stuck my hand out even further. "Well would you?", the venomous voice said. Blake chuckled and Bradley stared at me. I paid them no mind. Nina stared at me in horror and shook her head. "Then don't question me", said the venomous voice. My eyes went back to normal and I blinked around in confusion. What did you do? Something that needed to be done, the venomous voice said in my head. It spoke again, next time you need to kill her. There won't be a next time. Good, it replied.

Flashback Over:

Charlie's POV:

 "Hey, are you okay?", asked Blake. He was looking at me full of concern. I sighed and nodded. To be honest, I felt uncomfortable. Bradley was staring while Charles and Nina were glaring at me. I rolled my eyes. "No, I'm not okay. Your dad and aunt are glaring at me. It's making me uncomfortable." Blake turned to look at them. He growled at them. I heard Charles growl back and saw Nina turn away.

  "I'm sorry, he just thinks that a wolf's ma-girlfriend should be a wolf too. That's all it is". I smiled and nodded. He almost called me his mate, but he called me his girlfriend. "Girlfriend huh", I say looking at him. He looked at me, blushing a little. "Your-" "No I'm not", he says cutting me off. I grinned. "It's cute", I say touching his cheeks.

  He leaned into my touch. I leaned in with him. He was looking at my lips and I was looking at his. I bit my lip. He leaned in some more. Closer, closer, and more closer. "Charlie", says a voice from behind me. I sighed and looked behind me. It was Lina and Charles. I smiled at Lina. "Hi, Lina". She smiled at me. "Everything going okay?", she asked looking between me and Blake. I blushed and she chuckle.

   "My husband has something he would like to say", she says patting his back. He rolled his eyes. "Listen lab rat-" My phone cut him off. I answered it.

"Hello"

"It's Chase"

"Hi Chase, what's up"

"We found her"

I smiled," Is she at the house?"

"She was until she used her powers to leave"

"What? Where was Lucas?"

"Unconscious on the floor"

"Is he okay?"

"Yeah

"I'll be there soon. Okay

"Okay, bye."

  I hung up the phone and looked at Charles. "Listen, I know you don't like me. That's okay because I'll probably be gone in a couple of weeks. " I turned to look at Lina's shock face. "I had a great time, Lina. Blake can you take me home?", I ask looking at him. His eyes were full of sadness. I didn't tell him I was leaving. He nodded and grabbed my hand. I said goodbye to everyone.

  "So you're leaving in a couple of weeks?", Blake asks breaking the silence. "Yeah" "You can't stay?" "We could, but we just don't stay in a place for long." "But you could though, right", he says his showing happiness. "I guess so, but I would have to talk to Lucas about it." "Why him", he asks while his hand tighten on the steering wheel. "Because we always plan where we go." He just nodded his head and didn't say anything else.

   We pulled up at my house. I looked at him. "Goodnight", I say getting out the car. He didn't respond. I walk up to my door and opened it. I stepped inside and close the door. I started to make my way towards the guys, but I heard a knock. I opened it and there stood Blake with a blank expression. "Blake?" He walked inside and stopped in front of me. He put his hands on both side of my face and crashed his lips to mine.This was different from Bradley's kiss. This kiss was passionate and we moved in sync.

     He pulled away after a while and we were both panting. "Goodnight", Blake said breathless. "Night", I whispered. I closed the door  and locked it. I went into the living room.  It looked a mess. The guys were spread out laying on the floor. The only one that was unconscious was Lucas like Chase said earlier. I'm confused because Chase said they were okay. "What happened?", I asked no one in particular. Matthew and Chase groaned. "Carrie happened", said Luke groaning too. Oh boy.
