"If you two are just gonna argue, you're on your own. If you actually want to find a way out of here, I suggest you suck it up and c'mon." you say with a stern voice, showing that you were agitated. They both look your way and Rhys starts walking with Sasha in pursuit, her gun held up at his back. Before too long you discover a two-way path there were two guards. Sasha and Rhys talk out how they're going to take them down and execute their plan. Sasha did excellent, while Rhys....well he tried. You begin to walk up behind them just as he was thrown into the side rail. You lean against said railing, watching Rhys struggle to kill the bandit. "Need some help, kid?"
Just as you said this, A Hyperion Stun Baton fell from his vest. The bandit picked it up and Rhys presses a button on the handle, causing the baton to extend, hitting the bandit in the stomach, sending him flying. Your eyes widened in awe while watching this. "You have to admit that was pretty cool!" Rhys states, smirking.
Sasha didn't seem too impressed but you were. "Dude. That. Was. Fucking. INSANE." You say giving him a well deserved high five. You all walk to the console and talk about how Rhys would hack into the Lift System. After he explains the process, the three of you do your own thing. Sasha was playing with the stun Baton and the corpse from earlier, Rhys was still having problems hacking the lifts software, and you were ajusting the scope on your Hyperion issued 'Lady Finger'.
"AH HA!" you hear and turn towards the noise. "I'm in." Rhys says sounding ecstatic. He clicks one and several cages full of skags rise. "Or not. Whoops." He presses another and an alarm goes off.
"COME ON RHYS." Sasha says, shooting at the skags. You were shooting too, but your ammo supply for the pistol was running low. After several minutes Rhys finally got everything working. You all ran to the platform and it started to ascend. Just as You sigh with relief, an alpha Skag approached You. Shasha tried to fire her gun but there was no ammo. You reached for the SMG on your back, but it was too late. The skag jumped at the three of you and you flinched. Waiting for the mauling that was sure to come, you mumbled a few words that held a very close meaning to your heart. "Defend morality, for those who do are eternal"
You hear whimpering and you slowly open your eyes. Right in front of you was Zer0, his blade making its way through the Skag's skull. The skag dropped down and Zer0 removed his sword from the corpse. You stare at the Assassin and smile. You were about to tell him how Epic that was but Rhys beat you to it.
"I j-just wanted to let you know T-hat I think you're really cool." Zer0's emoticon generator projected a little heart, which made you kind of jealous, but you kept your cool. The platform raises to ground level and you look around your eyes locking on your enemy, the villain himself, Bossanova. You look around for an area to take cover and settle behind a large stack of boxes. You set up a cozy little area and take the sniper off of your back and aimed towards bossanova's head. As you place your hand on the trigger, you hear an unholy growl coming from behind you. You turn you head slightly and see a nasty looking Skag showing you his bloodstained teeth. It kept creeping up on you, your fear increasing by the moment. Yeah, you're a Vault hunter, but you've never been THIS close to a skag before. You wanted to scream but your body was incapable of conjuring such a noise. The skag made its way over to you, and to your surprise it doesn't attack you. The creature looked at you and it seemed to smile? You were still terrified. You only began to move once the skag licked your cheek. It seemed fond of you, kind of like it didn't want to kill you, but it's a beast! it shouldn't have the capability of making "friends". but somehow.. this guy did! You stood up and pet the skag slightly. You then began to focus on your mission, but it seemed to be too late. You see Zer0 plunge his sword into Bossanova's chest and he kept 'screaming' "I hate you" over and over again. You mumble a curse and walk towards Zer0, the skag, which you decided to call twinkle toes for some odd reason, following behind. you got close enough to see a structure fall onto Zer0. The impact had sent you into a nearby crate, knocking you unconscious. A little while later, you awoke and felt yourself being carried. you were still kind of weak to move on your own, so you couldn't see who was carrying you. all you could see was Twinkle Toes walking ahead of you and your possible savior. You blinked a couple more times and let out a low groan, alerting the person carrying you that you were awake.
