OK! Months are very basic and are easy to memerize.
First lets go over some words before we get into the months!
先月(せんげつ)-last month
今月(こんげつ)-this month
来月(らいげつ)-next month
月(がつ)-month
Ok let's learn our months!
一月-january
二月-febuary
三月-march
四月-april
五月-may
六月-june
七月-july
八月-august
九月-september
十月-october
十一月-november
十二月-december
See the pattern? Yup! It is just saying 1 month, 2 month and so on.
Don't worry about the number kanji. It is more common to see it written like this;

4月
5月
6月
7月
8月
9月
10月
11月
12月
