Gwen p.o.v

"Mother it's not too late to cancel this mission now and strike back some other time" I said as I reached the tall building. I had a sniper rifle with a needle in it ready to go. "Nonsense! This will be the end of Delsin Rowe and a new beginning for Augustine, CEO of D.U.P.!" She yelled in the earbud. "Okay! okay! Geez!..." I said. The plan was to hideout on the roof until Delsin has returned and shoot him with this antidote that will relieve him of his powers and mother can swoop in and kill him and the Titans. I was totally against this! I actually like The Titans and I actually do like Delsin. The way he smiles, the way he talks, how he always puts everyone first before himself but still has time to make a joke or two. All of it, he has a great personality and he's sooooo.....hot! Raven is one lucky women. I would love to forget this stupid plan and join the Titans, But you know how it is....she's my mom. Plus, if I went against her, I'll just end up dead along with the rest. So all could was just say 'pass the gun'. As I waited for Delsin to return, I just bought some coffee from the coffee shop in the city. If I'm waiting, might as well stay up. "Alright Gwen, my soldiers are in position. They'll give you the go when they see him, alright?" Mom said. "Do you want me to shoot him when he's moving? I'm not the best when it comes to moving targets" I said. "Fine, if I'm correct, the Titans Tower is has a glass mirror in the commons area, no?". "Yeah, what about it?". "Gwen you sure aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer" mom said. "I'm kidding I understand, but what if he doesn't go into the commons?" I asked. "You're a conduit, no? It should be easy to move positions. All you have to do is move to a position where the target is and shoot him!" Mom said. "Wait where are you?" I asked. "I'm in position with the soldiers now do you understand?". "Yeah I understand" I said. "Gwen?". "Yes mom?". "I know you like Rowe, but this.....it means everything to me. Regaining my title. And the fact that you're helping me kill him....it shows me that you care. I love you soo much Gwen!" Mom said. "I love you too mom" I said as I pulled the earpiece  out of my ear and set up my sniper on the rooftop. Now all I have to do is wait.

Time jump (an hour and a half)

It was talking forever! One of the D.U.P. soldiers said that Delsin was near Jump City and still no sign of him. What is he doing? Have we been compromised? Is this attempt canceled? I hope it is. "Gwen?! Come in Gwen!". I heard mother speaking over the ear piece. "This is Gwen, is the target here?" I asked. "Yes, he just came in with two more subjects. Just wait until they reach the building" she saidm "it's not like I'm gonna shoot him and half a chance of actually getting him. I stink at aiming!" I said as I pulled out the earpiece. I just aimed at the Tower. I saw him. It was hard to miss him cause his neon ability is very bright. Along with is son's as well. Okay. As much as I hate this, I have no choice! I'm not and never will be brave to stand up against my mother, like Delsin. Delsin, Zack and Raven finally reached in the Tower and I got a perfect shot. But I can't do it! I care for him too much and if I do and what's about to come his way is unimaginable. Obvious decision, I have to do it or Mother will kill me! But she never even cared for me in the first place. She always threatens to kill me if I didn't do as she wanted. But I was too frightened by her power that I didn't want to test my luck. But I'm a grown woman and a conduit! I can take her! So I'm not doing it? But she'll kill me for sure. My finger is on the trigger but this is a hard decision. Its Delsin's life or mine. A life for another.

Raven p.o.v

"Are you ready, you two?" Delsin asked Zack and I. "Yep! I was born ready!" Zack said confidently. "Yeah...sure..I guess....". "Raven?" I looked at him with nervousness written all over my face. "Please, there's no need to be nervous. These are the people you fought with, trained with, grew up with. These people are your family...." Delsin said putting his arms around me. "....and your family has been worried sick about you. So you should probably except a burst of anger" Delsin said kissing me on my cheek. I blushed immediately but realized that my cheek will be red from all the slaps I'll be getting. We finally walked into the building and went into the elevator. "Zack you ready to see your sister and friends?" Delsin asked. "I'm kinda nervous of seeing her again after these two years. How is she?" Zack asked curiously. "Well she grew taller, but you maybe a little taller. She grew her hair longer. And has mastered some of her conduit abilities. But you'll figure out more when you see her" Delsin said. She is mastering conduit abilities? I guess Delsin has taught her a few things. But luckily, I taught Zack to master some of his conduit powers. As the elevator opened and saw them all. Cyborg, Starfire, Nightwing, Garfield, Terra, Leo, Nick and.....Fetch. hell... I'm even gald to see her face again. "Stay here" Delsin said as he left the elevator. I used my magic to make a shadow to hide us better. "Oh...uh... Delsin your back, Where's Gwen?" I heard Nightwing say. Damn! I actually missed his voice. "Not sure. I think she's back in Seattle. I'm gonna go search for her soon though but for now...". "Delsin, there's something we all need to tell you..." I heard Starfire say. "Yeah yeah, just a second. Now look who I found!" I heard Delsin say as me and Zack walk out the elevator and walked into the commons. Everyone had there mouth open wider that a pool. "Is....that..Raven" Starfire said trying to hold back her tears. "Yeah...it's me" I said not even trying to hold back my tears. I ran to Starfire and gave her the biggest hug I've ever given anyone! "Leo! Nick!" Zack said as he neon sprinted to his friends. "Zack!" They said in unison and the three gave each other a big group hug. "Rae! I can't believe it's really you" Garfield said crying as loud as I am. "I know, I know" I said hugging him tightly. "You know, even though we got off on the wrong foot, I was still worried about you" Terra said giving me a hug. "All you had to say is that you missed me Terra" I said hugging back. "Am I always gonna be the last one to get hugs, even though I probably missed you the most" Cyborg said crying out of his one human eye. "I was saving the best for last" I ran to him and hugged him. "And if it isn't Zack?" Garfield said. "Geez! Kid you grew!" Nightwing said. "How old are you now?". "I just turned 10, yep! Double digits!" Zack said. "So where's Sabrina and Michelle?". "Yeah where is my daughter?" I asked. "Well um..."Nightwing studderd. "Well you see...what had happened was....." Starfire said next. "WE LOST HER! WE LOST HER AND MICHELLE!!" Leo came clean. "You what?!" Delsin and I said in unison. "We thought they were at Leo's house and now we don't know where they are" Starfire said. "I left you to watch her while I was gone and you lost her and you lost your own child! What kind of parents are you?!" Delsin said very frustrated. "I know where they are" Nick said in the back. "You knew where they were and you didn't tell us?! Nick you are so grounded!" Nightwing said. I wanted to wait until Auntie Raven got back, none of us new how to open the passage way to get there" Nick said looking down. "Passage way? What do you mean by passage way?" I asked. I pray to Azar that I he doesn't mean Sabrina and Michelle opened..... "Sabrina called it a portal to Azer..Azerania or something. I forget the name" Nick said. "Azerath! They went to Azarath!" I said freaking out. My father must have them! That's why thier not back yet! Oh no! "We have to go over there and get them back!" Nightwing said. "Alright! Let's go!......owww!" Delsin said as he fell to the floor and held his arm. "Delsin! Are you okay?" I asked running to him. "I feel.....drained...what's...
happening!" Delsin said as his body temperature real low! Like....mortal temperature! "He's lost his powers!" A voice came from the elevator. The figure walked closer. It was....her. "Augustine! What are you doing here?" Nightwing said. I wrapped my arms around Delsin and held a sheild to protect him from Augustine. He was shaking. His body temperature was low. He's freezing! "I came here to achieve a goal: I came to kill Delsin......and I'm not alone" Augustine said. We looked at the elevator so we can see her accomplice. But no one was there. "As you can see she's not there. She's the one who shot the needle into him. Mission accomplished! You can show yourself!" Augustine said. All we heard was some mumbling on the earpiece. 'who is this person?' I thought. I was looking at Delsin. His skin got pale. The smoke has finished leaving his body. He's human. All of his powers are gone. "Alright, boys bring her in!" Augustine said. "Boys? What boy....". Suddenly, before Garfield got to finish his sentence, these two very large men jumped in with this woman in oneof their arms. "Good job gentleman! Now drop her!" She demanded them. They did as Augustine wished, and the poor woman landed on the floor. Delsin held my hand and tried to get up. "No! You stay down!" I ordered him. "Raven! I have to get up! I can't just stay here on the floor" Delsin as stood up. Zack neon sprinted to us. Nick and Leo went to their parents as well. "Ohhh! Well lemme guess?! You have a kid, Delsin! Well my name is Augustine! What's yours?" Augustine said walking closer. She knelt down to his level. Faceing Zack. "My name...IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!" Zack said as he made smoke around his arm and punched Augustine in the face. Augustine fell to the floor, shocked that she got punched by a kid. "Why you little!!!...". "Mother! Stop!" The woman said. 'That woman is Augustine's daughter?' I thought. The woman rose her head and I couldn't believe what I saw! "Gwen..." Delsin said shocked. "That's right! The Gwen you all thought you knew is my daughter and she's been working for me undercover" Augustine said. "Gwen....how could you?" Delsin asked. "Delsin it's not like that....I'm so sorry..you see I didn't want to...". "Shut up!" Augustine said as she slapped her. "Don't you dare!" Delsin ran towards her. Augustine didn't even try to pretend to flinch, she just shot a concrete shard in Delsin's shoulder. Delsin dropped to the ground. "Delsin!" We all shouted in unison. We were about to attack. "Enough!" Augustine shouted as she lifted her arms and we were then pinned to the wall in some concrete cocoon. But our heads were still out and able to see everything. Augustine knelt down to his face and whispered something into his ears then shoved another shard in his leg. His scream made me and Zack tear up. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a cities to claim!" Augustine said walking towards the window. "Come on Gwen let's go!". "No...." Gwen mumbled. Augustine stopped walking and turned around. "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you correctly. Did you just say 'no'?" Augustine questioned her. "Yes! I'm not gonna follow you around and have you ruin more lives! Freedom belongs to everyone! Just because you have powers doesn't mean you're a god and you must rule them!" Gwen said. "Yeah! Way to go Gwen!" Terra cheered her on. "Yeah! stand up to her!" Cyborg rooted for her as well. "Fine! You want to stand with them, then you will die with them and I will build my new fortress on top your bones!" Augustine said as she kicked her own daughter down and trapped her in concrete. "Come on! The reinforcements will be here soon" Augustine said as she jumped out of the building with her soldiers. With Delsin lying half dead on the floor, us trapped here and Augustine about to take over the Jump City. Minus all that.....my first day back in Jump City wasn't as bad as I thought
