chapter 2 the thin line

LUCY POV
As I sat on my bed, fuming like there is no tomorrow "I hate him" I say to myself, I feel like screaming
I have never had a moment of weakness before, I have never pleaded with anyone before in my life and this once that I let my guard down and this man, so called lord Dante and his uncle played with my emotions and took advantage of my weakness and made fun off me and to think I thought he was handsome. If he thinks I am done with him yet then, he is mistaken
I walked out of my room toward the room where one of the maid told me is his new bedroom "I need to straighten out some things with this man, if he thinks he can just walk into my house and make a fool out of me"
I knocked on his door "come in" I heard Dante call
I open the door and just stood in the door way, he was sitting on his bed putting on his shoes, he just come out of the shower and his hair was still wet and he was shirtless and I just stared at his abs "this guy is fit" I say to myself "OMG!!! Man candy alert" I thought to myself then I heard him speak "Princess, what do I owe this visit?" Dante said with a smile and then I realised I have not spoken yet "fuck, get it together LUCY" I said to myself
I look at his face ignoring his abs "I wanted to inform you that I am not leaving my home" I said looking at him with a straight face
He smiled "may I convince you to come inside, you are drawing up a crowd" he said pointing behind me and I turn around and there were a few maids few feets away from me, I gave them a cold look and they flee in different directions And then I turned back to Dante with a fake smile and walked into his room and shut the door really hard on purpose "happy now?" I ask sarcastically
"better" he said trying to hide his smile
"anyways as I was saying, I am not leaving" I said leaning on the door and crossing my arms on my chest
"you are very demanding for a woman with no choice" he said crossing his arms too, still sitting on his bed
"I have a choice" I said rolling my eyes  
"really now? By all means let's hear it" he asked with humor in his voice which just pissed me off more "this man thinks he is funny" I say to myself
"well that's not the point right now" I.said still looking at him with anger
"then what is it princess?" he asked walking slowly towards me and coming to stand infront of me, I also don't know what my point is anymore, "can't he put on a shirt like a normal person" I say to myself

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?"I shouted at him, he have moved so close to me, that he was in my personal space because my breast were against his hard chest and I swear his about to kiss me, I can feel his breath on my face, he's staring into my eyes,his lips inches away from mine
"why don't you wait and see" he whisper to me, I brought my face even closer to his and whisper back "and if you move any closer, I will hurt you" I whisper back at him and  he smiled
"challenge accepted" he whisper back with a smile and my fake smile was still in place and without warning he grab my face between his big hands and brought his lips on mine, I was shock but his lips feels so good and pleasure threatened to over take me "be strong Lucy, no emotions" I say to myself
"oh well he asked for it" I say to myself I kicked him with my knee between his legs, he froze and his face harden with pain as he let out a cry from pain "WHAT THE HELL " he shouted putting his hands between his legs and falling to his knees, I can see pain in his face as he looks up at me with shock written all over his face
"I warned you" I said with an innocent smile
"WAS THAT REALLY NECESSARY LUCY?" he shouted at me but pain was still plain on his face
"it was a challenge my lord, oh, please that was not even a hard kick I wouldn't like to ruin your chances of letting me carry your heirs in the future, you are just being dramatic" I said taking a deep breath "anyways see you at dinner" I continued with a smile before opening the door, forcing him to move out of the way still on his knees
"walk it off my lord, walk it off " I said with a smile and shut his door
As I walk to my room, I started laughing badly that tears where running on my cheeks "good job Lucy, we did well" I say to myself as I enter my room to get ready for dinner
