Getaway Mile - Frerard

final

So I was just gonna leave everything and not conclude this because I have grown out of writing fan fiction about living people but I decided to at least tell you what I was planning from the start:
- they find Mikey back at the mental institute where he explains to Gerard and Frank that 2 years ago he had been framed for burning down a house and killing his girlfriend in the process
- while wondering the halls Frank finds a woman who recognizes him and they talk, her name is Glenda
- she says that she knows his dad, and she gives him his address
- Frank goes and meets with him behind Gerard's back and they become close
- Gerard regularly visits Mikey although he isn't sure if he is telling the truth about the house
- they catch up and become close again, Gerard shows him some of his art and explains the killjoys to him. Mikey cries.
- Frank tells Gerard about his father and how they are friends. Gerard does not trust him and even suggests they leave early. Frank storms off.
- Gerard finds out about a nice art school not far from where they were staying, and all of his credits and scholarships are able to transfer in time for school
- Gerard tries to make amends with Frank and says they can stay, but he cannot find him. At the same time, Mikey has escaped again.
- he starts to believe that Mikey has kidnapped Frank and plans to kill him.
- Gerard does not even try to look for him, and instead just gets drunk in his hotel room for a day and a half. (Running away)
- he wakes up and finds that they still haven't found Mikey or Frank, so he decides to finally go to Franks dad's house.
- there he finds no one home but the door open so he goes in and starts snooping. He finds recent pictures of himself and Frank, and the newspaper announcing Chantal's death, as well as the story that framed Mikey for burning down the house.
- he hears something downstairs and finds Frank and Mikey tied up, and is then attacked by Franks father.
- Gerard is hit multiple times and passes out, and when he wakes he finds that Mikey went crazy and killed Franks father. Glenda admits soon after that she helped him burn down the house and that Mikey had nothing to do with it.
- they all go to new york.
