she argued,
"and
i've come
to think
the idea
of it all
if it
didn't start
with a spark
it won't
ignite
at all."
to which
i retorted,
"but
i've come
to witness
that reality
never neared
bliss
as your man
i still suffer
when
it's not me
that you miss."
and there was no reply.
