8 weeks pregnant.
Today all the girls and I agreed that all the girls are coming over after an hour after school with their kids if they've already have some. Which is in about half an hour. In the meantime Ross and I where just making a few snacks for us all.
"I can't wait for you to meet all of them, they're so nice." I say to Ross with an excited smile.
"Haha, what are their names again?" Ross asks
"So there's Ella, Kenzie, Sam, Tanya and Ezmie." I reply while chopping the baby carrots.
"Oh and Ella and Ezmie already have a baby." I add
"Oh cool, I can have some practise then." Ross says
"Yeah, I guess" I giggle
Just as we finish making all the snacks, I hear the doorbell go.
"Ooh it must be them! I'll get it!" I say jogging to the door.
Ross just laughs. I open the door to see all the happy girls and of course Hugo and Jackson, non of us have that many friends since we all got pregnant, so we were all very excited.
"Hey girlies!" I squeal
"Heyyy!" They all say with big smiles
"Here, come on in." I welcome them
"Wow! How did you guys afford this place?" Ezmie asks
"We actually found it abandoned with all the furniture already! I mean of course we had to buy the food but we were so lucky to find it!" I say
"Lucky!" All of them say
We all sit down in a circle in the lounge.
"Ross, can you bring the snacks?" I yell
"Yeah one second, I'm just coming!" Ross responds
Ross comes speed walking into the lounge.
"Here you go M'Ladies." He says putting them down and taking a bow.
All of us girls giggle and manage to convince Ross to sit with us and chat with us to ask each other questions.
"So Ella and Ezmie, how old are the boys? I ask them
"Hugo is nearly one." Ella says making funny faces at him as he giggles
"Jackson has just turned two" Ezmie says smiling at him
"Do you mind we hold them?" Ross asks
"Of course!" They say back
Ross takes Jackson and plays pat-a-cake with him and I rock Hugo to sleep.
After about an hour or two of gossiping and showing them round the house, they have to leave to get home.
"Thanks, today was amazing." They all thank us
"No problem! Is was great fun." I say as I hug them all
"Bye ladies, bye Hugo, bye Jackson!" Ross says
"Bye!" They say back
Once they've all left, Ross and I head up to bed but have a little bit of 'fun' before that. If you know what I mean, wink wink.
