"I've always thought about you"

Spencer- Later that night

I'd told Thomas about Toby's returned to Rosewood and let's just say he didn't take it well...Not well at all. He had 5 cans of beer and 2 bottles of Whiskey he slapped me across the face and told me needed time. That was about 3 hours ago I was incredibly nervous but the question that came kept racing through my mind was making it worse: Was our engagement off? With Toby being back, My Fiancé missing everything is such a mess right now

The next Day:
Thomas finally came home in the early hours of the morning apologising for his behaviour. I wanted to tell him that he was my one and only and I didn't have feelings for Toby anymore but I couldn't. I couldn't say that When Toby and I separated he took a part of me with him and him being back here I feel like I'm whole again. I'd told all of the girls about Toby being back they weren't that shocked and they weren't surprised when I told them that he was going to fight for me. Thomas had already left for work I was so confused Toby was in Rosewood Damm I never thought I'd think that again. I needed to talk to him he was here for me, I might as well see him. I grab my phone off the coffee table laying down on the lounge scrolling through my contacts pressing his name I begin to type a message:

Me: Can we meet somewhere?

I was surprised only after a few minutes of sending that he was replying

Toby: Sure, The brew?

I smile at the memory of the Brew we'd had so many memories there

Me: Sure see you soon

I walk upstairs into my room going into my closet I take out a pair of high waisted jeans a white long sleeve shirt that cut out on the shoulders. And a black Cardigan I quickly grab my boots walking outside locking the front door

At the Brew
Toby-

She looked stunning even though it was just casual she looked stunning she walks in smiling noticing I stand up walking over to her. She smiles nervously I engulf her in a hug she wraps her arms around me I kiss her forehead "Thanks for meeting me" She mumbles I nod sitting down across from her she sits down across from me putting her bag down staring into my eyes "So tell me what have you been doing with yourself all this time?" She asks raising an eyebrow smiling sweetly I rest my hands together under my chin "Police officer, I dated a girl for a few months wasn't working out Other than that it's just been work" She nods fiddling with her fingers she finally looks up into my eyes only then I notice tears streaming down her cheeks "Did you really mean it when you said you still loved me?" She asks softly barely a whisper I nod walking over to her kneeling down on both knees I rise her chin so I can stare into her beautiful eyes "I love you always will always have" She blushes a little I pull away sitting back on the chair "So this Thomas guy..." She sighs nodding resting her hands in her lap "I've been dating him for 5 months we met at a business meeting. And we live together that's pretty much it" She frowns slightly she didn't even seem that happy, She wasn't trying to convince me that she loved him. "You know ever since we broke up that day I've always thought about you. What you would of done with your life, If you would've found someone else" She thought about me? If I'd found someone else I could never find someone else. "I'm sorry Toby I'll always love you but I'm engaged to Thomas I made a commitment to him" I growl staring at the ground hearing her talk like this only made it harder "You know you're making a mistake, We always found our way back to each other we always found a way. I love you Spencer and I want you back" She looked shocked I don't know why but she looked shock to say the least "I'm sorry I can't do this" She sobs grabbing her bag running out of the Brew I follow her catching up with her pace I grab her wrist. She spins around its only then I notice a bruise on her face that had been covered by makeup "There's a bruise, What the hell happened?" I ask harshly feeling uncontrollable anger running through me She lets out a painful sob pushing my hand off her's "It was nothing he didn't mean it" I growl gripping her hip "He? Did Thomas do this to you? Spencer tell me" She slowly nods I wrap an arm around her She quickly pulls out of my arms "This was a mistake go back to London Toby this shouldn't of happened" I try to stop her but she sprints to her car driving away. I didn't care how long it would take, I didn't care what I had to do to prove my love to Spencer, I loved her and I wanted her back.

Spencer-

I run into my house slamming the front door shut. Everything was spinning I couldn't see properly everything was becoming blurry I reach to grab the home phone. But I miss it and fall to the wooden floor and then everything went black

Toby-

I'd received a phone call from Aria informing me that Spencer was in hospital I grab my wallet and Keys getting into my truck. I turn on the ignition and drive to the hospital as fast as I could I run in calling out Aria's name. She finally calls me over standing in front of Spencer's room. Caleb, Hanna, Aria, Ezra, Alison and Emily were all here but so was the one person I hated THOMAS. He turns around locking eyes with mine they turn a black walking over to me he grips the collar of my shirt "What the hell do you want? You need to leave right now" I shake my head pushing him off me he could try all he wanted there was no way I was leaving my baby girl. Caleb and Ezra try to calm him down but he just curses at me storming off I walk in front of the building. "Freaking idiot, What the hell happened anyway?" I ask them they all turn to me looking at me with sympathy "You and her were at the Brew right?" Caleb asks me I nod "They think her drink was spiked, What did she order?" I try to rethink about what she ordered "A Vodka that's it but she didn't finish it" They all nod looking at the ground in there own thoughts.

After what seemed like forever they finally let us in. Spencer was still unconscious but she was stable that's all that really mattered Everyone else had gone in including Thomas. I was the last to go in Even Thomas had gone which I thought was odd. I walk in closing the door behind me I sit down beside her pulling the chair closer taking her hand in mine. "Come on Spencer, You've survived A, You've survived getting kidnapped you've survived everything that most people wouldn't even dream of happening to them. I need you to be Okay I need you, Being back here with you it's good it's what I need" I take a deep breath tears coming out "Please Baby girl Please wake up for me" I whimper

Spencer-

After hearing Toby's voice I open my eyes he gasps in delight standing up getting a doctor. It was Toby that stayed...Thomas had left me here unconscious While Toby stayed with me.

Why would he leave?
