Listening to throw out her mixes made me smile from cheek to cheek, watching her made me happy in a weird sense. With every song she sang/mixed made me even happier to the point of me forgetting where I was. I imagined us sitting near a bench and she was resting her head on my shoulder while relaxing, her having her eye's closed sleeping on me while I play with her hair. I want this to be a real thing with her, I don't want that to be a wish or a dream I have about her.
Snapping out of my daydream I see her stop, lowering her head slightly, "If anyone has ever been to one of my concerts before then this is where I play you a small song I wrote myself." turning her music off she grabbed a stool and sat down with a microphone in front of her while holding her guitar. Letting out a few tuning notes, she looks out to the crowd, "If the person who recognizes this song is here, know I am sorry and that I never meant to hurt you in the end." Locking eyes with me, she had tear forming. Oh no.. June, I never meant to cause you pain.
Letting out a few notes she starts to play, "He sleeps alone.
My heart wants to come home.
I wish I was, I wish I was beside you.
He lies awake.
I'm trying to find the words to say.
I wish I was, I was Besides you."
Hearing those words made me freeze up inside, she was singing my song that I made for her. I made that song for her, when she left all those years ago and for the first time I sang it to her when she came home. Now she's singing it to me, I couldn't help but just stare at her for what felt like hours upon hours staring at her was only a mere four minutes while she finished her concert.
When June finished up, she wished everyone a goodnight and walked off the stage. Looking over at the boy's we all nodded our heads to go backstage to see her.
45 minutes later.
As we approach backstage, we run into her stage manager Maddi, "Oh boy's.. You did make it, how mmm amusing," with a soft yet evil like laugh from her, we all gave a confusing look to her, "do you really think that June want's to see a bunch of little nobodies? No she want's to see her next big duo hit."
With the sense of hatred in our way, we looked at each other. Luke stepping forward towards Maddi, "Look get this right, June gave us the passes which means we can talk to her."
With a sigh from Maddi, she looks at Luke, straight in the eyes, "Look pretty boy, I don't have time to be messing around with nobodies. When you get a record label contact us and we might never have a deal."
"Maddi! Let them in." Seeing June behind Maddi made us feel like we have some power. Seeing how serious she was, it made me kind of scared. It made me think if I have ever seen her so serious, "June you will be making a huge mistake if you let these four nobody's come in." June pushing Maddi out of the way of the door , "Then let me make my mistake and let them come in."
Maddi gave a sneer face to her then to us, before walking away. June letting out a sigh, turning around to face her door. "You guys can come in now, sorry about Maddi."
Before walking in, the guys made kind of a wall to stop me from going in. Luke looks angry at me, "Michael, don't you think you've done enough damage for a week?" Putting my head down to the shame, this wasn't what I had planned on doing when we got to see June for the last time. "Oh come on be nice to him, he's made his mistakes and he's trying to make up for them, there is no point in trying to put him down even more than what you've done."
"Grow up Ashton! Get over yourself." Ashton moved away from Calum after what he just said. "Calum, you were part of this too, so don't think that this is all Michael's fault.."
