Reunited

Toni Pov
It's 2:10 and I'm running late to the studio I took a nap after taking the boys shopping the boys are out of school this week for "school break" so I had to drop them off at  my mom house all the kids are there having a day at (mom mom)house baking and playing games Ken sent me a text saying he would be downtown today instead of at home since Peyton was feeling better

Toni arrives at the studio Babyface assistant tells him Toni there.Babyface greets Toni as she comes in

Babyface: hey tone

Toni: hey Ken sorry I'm late

Babyface: it's ok,let's get started what should we call the album?

Toni: I'm not sure

Babyface: why don't we talk about love

Toni: ok let's talk about it

Babyface: tone let me ask you something

Toni:ok go ahead ( heart beats fast)

Babyface: do you remember your first crush? And how you felt

Toni: yes ( looking into his eyes) I felt warm with butterflies in my stomach,what about you?

Babyface: I remember my first crush she was sweet and shy but was unique in her own way  I still think about her today

Toni and Babyface continue to talk about love and past relationships before they got married Toni starts to daydream about how she felt the first time she saw Babyface he was in The Deele group with L.A Reid before he and L.A created Laface Records and now to be sitting next to him in the studio it was a dream come true

Babyface wave his hand in front of Toni's face for her to snap out of it he calls he name finally Toni snaps out of it

Babyface: Toni did you hear what I said

Toni: no sorry what did you say

Babyface: I said you know you are in love when you can't stop thinking about that person and you just want to be with them all the time , do you know what I mean

Toni: yes I do ( starts to tear up)

Babyface: Tone are you ok?

Toni: yea I'm ok I was just thinking about what you were saying and how I have been in love with someone but I'm not sure if he feels the same way I do

Babyface: why don't you just tell him how you feel and see what happens it's no crime

Toni: I will,Ken?

Babyface: Yes Tone

Toni: I need to tell you something, remember the other day when you kissed me and I ran off and you came to my house and asked what's wrong and I had been crying and I said I was fine

Babyface:Yes

Toni: I ran off because I'm in love with you Ken and when you kissed me It was something that I had been dreaming about  since you were in The Deele and I liked it

Babyface:Tone I have something to tell you  too, the girl that I was talking about earlier was you I'm in love with you and I have been every since the day I met you at the studio but I was already married to Tracey I wish I would've met you met you sooner

Toni and Babyface are in shock that all these years they have had feelings for each other but never said anything until now.

Babyface: I know what we can call the album " Reunited"

Toni: (smiling) I love it Ken

Toni and Babyface start writing and talking about the ups and down of a relationship until 3am they lost track of time

Babyface:hey tone how about we wrap it up and we continue  this tomorrow, in the mean time would you like to go out on a date with me (smiling)

Toni: sure I would love to

Babyface : great I will pick you up @ 8 after we finish our session tomorrow

Toni and Babyface leave the studio to head home
