"Done" I said standing up and brushing my self off
"Maybe you should really lay off the sit ups, people are going to start thinking I don't feed you anymore" my mom said attempting to make a joke
I breathed a laugh and went over to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water
"There's nothing wrong with trying to stay fit mom"
"okay Alex, just don't work yourself too hard"
"I won't mom"
I walked out of the kitchen and into the bathroom to take a shower
I sighed loudly as I looked down to see the water turn slightly red from the dye in my hair, I shampooed and conditioned my hair, then washed my body
I cut off the water and wrapped a towel around myself and opened the door to come face to face with our schools bad boy

I looked at him confused then agitated as he looked me up and down
"what are you doing here?" I asked curiously
"you, hopefully" he says smirking at my chest
"fuck off, Jared" I say pushing past him towards my room
I close the door behind me and lock it, then my phone starts to ring
I answer it and sit down on my bed looking up at my Supernatural poster
"Hey, what are you doing ? come over" says my best friend Chloe
I laugh at how desperate she sounded for a friend "sure" I said chuckling "just give me 20 minutes"
"okay" she said happily hanging up
I put my phone down started to put my make up one, after I was done I got dressed into black high wasted jeans, a midriff white top and a black cardigan
I put my phone, wallet and a few extra thing in my handbag and slipped on my high all white leather converse
I quickly dried and straightened my hair and grabbed my bag
I opened my door to see Jared standing there waiting patiently
"seriously what are you doing in my house" I asked frustrated
"I was invited. How do you know my name?" he said confused
"we go to the same school, invited by who?" I said crossing my arms
"by your mother and if we went to the same school I would have noticed you for sure" he says smirking again
"I don't have time for your shit King, I have somewhere to be" I pushed past him and made my way into the living room where I see my mom and a woman, about the same age, that looks a lot like Jared sitting next to her
"Alex!, this is ms. King" my mother says
"Just call me Rebecca" she says standing up. I shake her hand and say hello
"Mum I'm going to Chloe's" I say as I grab the keys to my car and make my way to the door.
"But we have company!"
"She needs me mom! I'm so sorry Rebecca but I have to leave"
"oh no thats okay honey" she says with a warm smile
how is it that someone so nice could make someone as evil as Jared
"well why don't you take Jared with you?" my mom says
