He nods in realization with his mouth open. "Ohhhh.... That's why he was mad. But... Why are you so upset then? It was just one fight."

"Yea, but then we kinda...." I trialed off, scratching my neck awkwardly.

"Oh my god, you did not!" He yells. I sigh and nod. "Yea. Then the minute we were done, we started arguing again. And I kinda told him we needed space..."

"Does that mean you guys broke up?"

"Yes-no-yes-I don't know."

"Well then you are completely screwed. I seriously have no idea what to tell you. Because I know I'd I say 'why don't you two just make up?' You'll probably hurt me." I nod. "Yep. So don't even suggest it."

He sighs and looks to the board. "Well, good luck."

I'll definitely need it.

I was just walking through the hallways to go to my third period when my whole day was ruined. Actually, it could've easily been my life.

You wanna know why?

Because as I was walking through the hellhole, I saw something I never thought I'd see.

Pressed against a nearby wall, was Scarlet. But that's not all. She wasn't alone. Aiden was there, his hands roaming all over her half covered body, and his lips smothered with hers.

At that very moment, my heart broke into millions of pieces. I wasn't sure what to say or what to do. I was paralyzed in my spot, wondering what the hell I was thinking. I should've guess Aiden was like this. The minute I say we need space, he moves on to another girl. I felt truly heartbroken.

"A-Aiden?" I stutter, still in shock.

Aiden and Scarlet pull away from each other and she smirks at me. "Oh hey, Aaron. Wow, you look horrible. What happened?"

I ignore her stupid comment and stare at Aiden, showing him how hurt I am. But his eyes are just grey. Stone grey. He wasn't the same.

"What are you doing?" I ask, my voice cracking. He stares at me blankly, his mouth in a straight line.

"Why do you care? You were the one that said we needed space."

"This isn't what I meant!"

He pushed away from Scarlet. "Then what did you mean, huh?! 'Needing space'?! You obviously don't want to be with me anymore so why should I even care what I do?! I can go kissing any girl I want, Aaron. At least they want me."

"I do want you, Aiden! Why can't you see that?!"

"Because you keep lying to me and pushing me away. I'm sick of fighting for you. I do it nonstop and every time, I get the same reaction. Why don't you fight for me once? Because there's no way in hell I'm ever crawling back to you. I'm done with you, Aaron. You were right. You would hurt me. You would break me. And I should thank you. I've finally experienced what heartbreak feels like."

I stand there staring at him, shocked. He never once told me anything like that. I never knew he felt like that. And I have fought for him! Does he not remember the shit I went through with my dad just to save his sorry ass?! He's so selfish!

"Bye Aaron." He turns away from me and opens one arm for Scarlet. She smirks and wraps an arm around his waist as she slides under his arm, wrapping around her shoulder. They start walking away and she turns to stick her tongue out at me.

And I just stand there, watching them walk off. I was breaking. And now, I'm completely broken.

I know, I know, shorter chapter. But I was just really wanting to know what you guys thought of this chapter.

Was it good, sad, bad, what? I know some of you might hate me for breaking Aiden and Aaron up and turning Aiden into an asshole but... It was bound to happen sooner or later.

And if you guys could pretty please do me a favor and help me get more readers, that would be awesome! Like maybe if you have a friend and could show them this story, that would really make my day!

I love you guys so much and I'm really happy you have stayed with me throughout this whole story. I know some parts are really bad and there are a lot of grammar errors but I'm working on that.

I am really thankful to have all of you and I honestly am not sure of what to say. You guys are amazing and I just can't wait for you guys to read the next chapter.
