how you two met

You were finally going to see the new Batman movie. Of course on opening night. No other way of course. It just feels like forever since you watched the official trailer and have been counting down the days to the premiere. You get there 30 minutes early, not wanting to get a bad seat or miss out on anything due to snack foods or stuff. 

You grab a bag of popcorn, a box of your favorite candy, and a soda. You don't go to movies often to you may as well pamper yourself today. You check out and head to the auditorium the movie would be played it. 

You find the best seat in the whole place, only surrounded by a couple of people in the entire room, guess getting here early was  a good idea. 

You wait for the movie to start, playing games on your phone and searching through Twitter. The auditorium began to fill up quickly. Though no one took the spots next to you. Luckily, since you hate sitting next to strangers at movies. 

It's about 10 minutes until the movie starts and no one has sat next to you. You put your phone away and get ready for the movie. You were practically jumping in your seat. 

"This seat taken?" A tall, handsome man asks you. He had dark hair swooshed to the front and glasses placed on his noses. He had a shirt with a batman logo on it. You gladly nodded to the seat next to you. 

He sits next to you, a smile on his cute little face. He looked at you and stuck his hand out. 

"Josh, but please. Call me Joven." You giggle slightly at his request. 

"Y/N." You said shaking his hand gently. He smiled at looked towards the screen. T-minus 7 minutes until the movie starts. 

You and Joven talk for the remaining 7 minutes until the movie began. You both talked about your love for Batman and he was really cute. 

The movie began and you and Joven shared your popcorn since he had to rush in before the movie began. Soon the movie ended and of course it was fantastic but sadly, that meant you'd be leaving Joven's side. You both walked out together, talking frantically about the movie and the scenes. 

"Hey Y/N, I really liked meeting you today and I was hoping I could take you on an official date." He said nervously. You smiled and nodded, pulling your phone out to get his number. You exchanged numbers and left with a smile on your face.

You ran out the door of your small apartment. You never really had a habit of being on time. It just wasn't in your nature. So you run to the elevator, rapidly pressing the down arrow. You always believed that made the elevator come sooner.  You wait for what feels like years.

"I do the same thing. That's funny." A voice from behind you says. You turn around to find a handsome man with dark brown hair that was styled adorably.  

"I think it makes the elevator come faster." You said stepping into the elevator. He smiled at nodded. He was incredibly adorable. 

"Why thank you." Your cheeks flare. You must have said it out loud. "I think you're pretty adorable as well." He said smiling at me. He had cute little dimples. Barely there but honestly really cute. 

"Thank you." You said blushing wildly. You press the lobby button but he presses the third floor button. You look at him confused. 

"Do you want me to be honest?" He said with a sad look. You only became more curious by his odd reaction. 

"If you want to tell me, then sure. But if you don't want to, then don't worry about it." He looked at you with a slight smirk on his face. You felt your cheeks blush.
