Step 1 - Make a small circle for the head
Step 2 - Draw a "stretched" S shape for the neck
Step 3 - Draw a large circle for the chest
Step 4 - Draw a slightly curved line to make the neck
Step 5 - Draw a medium circle for the hind quarters/hips of the Dragon
Step 6 - Draw a long line that makes the tail (don't make it too long!)
Step 7 - Draw circles for the joints in the legs (withers, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, ankles, etc.)
Step 8 - Draw circles for the wing joints
Step 9 - Draw lines to connect the circles (for legs and wings)
Now if you want, you can add a square for the muzzle of the Dragon, you don't have to.
