Fake (part 2)
Conan's POV
I'm walking myself home. Yeah you're right I am now alone. Why? I already walk Ai back to hakase's house.
I am so confused. Why would my heart skip beat? I-i am not in love. Why Ai? I-i hate her, so Why would my heart beat fast when I'm with her? But I have this feeling that I can't explain but in just a sudden I want to be at her side all the time and protect her. But it's not love right? It's just friendship?
I entered our house, then ran approached me.
"Conan-kun! Why are you late?" Ran asked me full of concern
"I-I I'm with haibara" ran was shocked when I said that
"Are you two dating?" Ahhh tension.
"Yes" I confidently answerd
"Wow! You two are perfect for each other!" She said "I thought you hate her?" *in a teasing tone*
Do I really hate her that much? "I-i don't know" am I considered bad, if I would hate her? But it's her fault right? I won't be stuck here as Conan if she– urghh! I can't blame her! It's my fault! My curiosity to be exact.
"So you do love her back then?" Do I love her back then? Am I saving her life back then because I love her? Why would I risk my life just for her? Why am I protecting her? Is that love?
*deep sigh* "Yes" I found the right answer, on my question.
Ai's POV
"Hachooooo ~"
"Are you sick Ai?" Hakase asked
"No"
"Ohh ok, i would go now ai, my scientist friends are waiting for me, I would be back tomorrow for our Christmas party"
I nodded, then headed back to my room
Why would Conan take our fake relationship seriously? Back then, at our classroom with Alfred he looks angry, not the Conan that I used to know. Usually when Alfred come close to me he doesn't care but now? I don't know I think there is something. Something more.
I love him since we first met. But he loves ran. When he pulled me back then, and said I was her girlfriend my heart beat fast proving that I still love him. But does he love me back? It's hard to have false hopes... but I know deep inside that he will learn to love me back, not just as friends but more than that.

Conan's POV
We gathered on hakase's garden... It's a 'family' party, but I don't know Why Ayumi, genta and mitsiko's family are here, maybe they are also considered as family?
I decided to put an end to our fake relationship. So I made a move. I walk towards Ai.
She looks at me. *confused "uhmm guys!" I shouted then they all look at me especially Ayumi there is a tension between her and Ai "uhmm I would like to tell you something" Ayumi is giving us her you-are-fake look
"Go ahead" Hakase answered
"Uhmm Ai *I faced Ai* I am so sorry because I became mean to you, and I would just tell you that I-I-i-love you" *shocked expression of ai* "for real" i added
I didn't receive a reply from Ai...
Silence....
Silence....
Silence....
Then she did something... something that she don't really do

"For real?" She asked me

"This is the best Christmas gift ever" she said

"Merry Christmas! " Hakase shouted "congratulations to you both"
We smiled at him...
