This poem is supposed to be written by the character called Lewis;

To the girl with bright eyes
To the girl with no more to hide

Here lies a rose for you
I thought it beautiful
And I thought of you

Those days of tears are past
Now, will you let someone in at last?

Don't send me back
If you do, I'll have a heart attack

This rose reminded me of you
This rose reminded how I miss you
I think I'm falling in love with you.
