Chapter Three

Katherine and Dalee^
Katherine's p.o.v:
I wake up and I feel surprisingly better. My head still feels like someone is thrashing it with a frying pan, but I guess it's better than being beat up to death by Reck It Ralf. I hear a slight knock on the door. "Come in," I say. "Hey how are you doing?" Jax asks. He looks exhausted I can't believe Dalee and him went all the way out there for me. "Better than..Uh how long have a been asleep?" I ask. "About three days but Connor said it was normal," I can tell by the looks in his eyes that he's worried. "Jax, I'm okay, don't worry I probably wouldn't have been if you guys didn't come save me, mister break down the door." He laughs when I say that. "Yea I don't know how I did that, must be the hamburgers," he laughs. "Soo um what what did he want with you?" He says kinda hesitantly. "Apparently my father is the one that invented the infected." I say. I haven't really had a lot of time to think about it, I don't even know if I believe it. "Uh wow, and you didn't think to oh I don't know, bring that up?!" He exclaims. "Well I don't know maybe because I was being beat to death about something that I didn't even know about," I scream. He climbs on my bed and puts his arm around me and hugs me. "I'm sorry Kat I've just been worried about you," it's looks like he's about to cry. "Jax it's okay, I'm okay now." I say. "I don't know Kat, when I saw that guy punch you I wanted to rip his head off," he laughs. "Must be the hamburgers," I yawn. Then I feel my eyes starting to close.
Jax's p.o.v:
Kat starts to fall asleep in my arms. Even though she's been beat to a pulp, she's still cute when she sleeps. Kat and I have been best friends since she stuck up for me in kindergarten. I was a really quiet kid. Kat and Dalee, not so much. They both saw a kid throw me down on the ground in the hallway and Kat ran to me while Dalee took the kid and practically threw him down the hallway. And thus began our friendship. "Uh Jax, we've got a problem," Dante says. "Yea what's up?" I ask. "Dalee was shot."

Sorry that this one was so short I didn't really know what to write. This one is basically focused on Jax and Katherine. Any ideas on who the characters/actors should be? Let me know if you do!
PS: I'm thinking about changing the cover, any ideas? At first I thought the Ferris wheel looked cool but now I don't know. Thanks for reading! 😀😀 love y'all!
