Chapter Two

Katherine & Jax ^
Jax's p.o.v:
"Dalee dinners ready!" I yell. I wonder where Kat is. She's been gone for almost four hours. She normally is back within in hour. I'm sure she's just thinking about all this stuff with Dalee. "Hey Jax, where's Katherine?" Dalee asks. "I'm not sure, she said she was going for a walk about four hours ago. "Uhm maybe we should go look for her!? I mean it's not like the world is turning to rubble because our soldiers are infecting us or anything insane like that." She huffs. I hate her sarcasm sometimes. "Alright you stay here I'll go look for her." I say. I hope she's okay.
Katherine's pov:
"I don't know who you are, but you sons of bitches are going to pay!" I yell."Ah you're finally awake." A man says. I can't see him, all I hear is his voice. I hope Dalee and Jax don't get caught up in whatever mess this is. "Okay what do you want." I ask. "Well I'm going to assume you know about the infected," he states. "And about your father." Okay the last time I saw my father was when my mom died and we were taken by the soldiers. I escaped but I haven't seen my dad since I was thirteen. "No what did you do with my father?" I ask. I feel my temperature rising, it feels like my blood is boiling. "We did nothing, it's your father that has done something." He says. "You're father invented the disease that kills the infected."
Dalee's pov:
As I'm sitting on the couch fiddling with a knife, I hear Jax burst through the door. "Where is she?" I ask with worry. "Someone's taken her. I asked Marcco and he said that he's seen someone taking girls the past few nights." Jax looks like he's about to burst into flames. I run to get him some water from the kitchen. "Jax you need to chill out for a second we'll find her." I say with some hope. "I've gotta find her, what if someone hurts her? I should've never let her go by herself especially at night, what was I-" "Jax! We can't do anything by just blaming ourselves we'll find her I'm sure of it." I say and pat his shoulder. "Okay I'll get the others." He says.
One hour later:
Jax comes bursting through the door with about four guys. "Dalee you know Luke, Connor, Cole, and Dante?" He says. "Yup." Connor and Cole are twins, Luke and Dante are brothers. "Okay so what the hell happened?" Dante asks. He looks like he's built to tear a house down, like seriously get off the steroids. "Kat went for a walk about five hours ago, and Marco said he saw someone take her." Jax explains everything he knows. Marco is one of Jax's friends. He keeps watch for us when a new truck of supplies comes. "Okay so Marco asked one of the shop owners and he got a license plate. Connor I was hoping you could look it up and track it." Jax explains the rest of the plan while Connor tracks the car. About ten minutes later, Connor gets a match. "Got it, it's about two hours away from us." "I can get us a ride," Luke says and runs out the door. It's awesome to have a resourceful group of friends when you need them. About twenty minutes later we hear an engine roar. Luke pulls up with an F250 Ford diesel truck. "Y'all ready?" "Hell yea lets go get Kat." And with that we climb in the truck.
Katherine's p.o.v:
"What the hell do you mean my dad created the disease!" I scream. At the moment I'm confused, angry and hesitant. I don't know if I trust him but I'll play it out to see what he wants. "Your father was a scientist, yea?" "Well your father was recommended by the government to conduct an experiment." The government wanted to see if we could find a disease that we could put in our enemies sewer pipes, but it could only be harmful to them, not our soldiers. He explains. "Okay but what does any of that have to do with me, I haven't seen my father in two years. "If you don't cooperate then we will be forced to, deal with you." He says with an evil hesitance. "Um but I don't know what you want." I say, my voice somewhat shaky. "We want your fathers research papers" he says. "Uh I thought I just told you, I haven't seen my father in two years." I say. "Look miss Dunam, like I said if you don't cooperate we're going to have to do things that you won't like," he says. He gets right in my face. As he steps out into the light, i notice a small scar right below his left eye. This guy looks exactly like someone you would read about in the books about the mafia.Black, slick, hair, with a business-y look to him, he looks like the kind of guy that hires people to do his "dirty work" for him. "And we don't want to mess up that pretty face of yours do we?" He says in a whisper. Even if I did know where they were I wouldn't give them to him, I'm scared to know what he wants with them. "I said. I don't. Know where. They. Are." I spat in his face. He wipes his face with a handkerchief and walks out the door. " I warned you miss Dunam." Then comes a man that is the size of Reck It Ralf. Woah. He takes my arms and straps them to the chair. And then he punches my face. I don't understand why they think out of all people I would know where they are. "I don't know where they are!" I scream. And then he punches my gut. I feel light headed but then I feel another abrupt pain on my face. I'm not going to last long like this.
Jax's p.o.v:
We finally reached the warehouse. We go over the plan one more time. I grab my pistol and run inside. I've never felt this much adrenaline in my body. At the front were greeted by two large men. Dante and Cole take them out as I rush through the door. The plan is Dalee keeps the car running while Luke, Donte, and Cole take the guards out. And I'm supposed to get Katherine out of here. It's not long before I hear her scream. I feel my blood boil as I break the door down. "Damn Jax." Dante says with awe. And then I see her. She looks terrible, it looks like someone has just beaten the life out of her. "Jax," she says with some relief. "Kat don't worry I swear I'm going to get you out of here." I run up to her and unstrap her wrists. I pick her up and run to the car where everyone is waiting. "Oh my god Katherine, I'm so sorry," Dalee cries. "It's okay DayDay let's just get the hell out of here." I exclaimed. "You don't have to tell me twice," Katherine says. And with that we went home.

Yas I got it from vampire diaries don't judge. And I didn't pick the name Katherine from vamp. Diaries I just like the name. Actors might change.
