I Won't Let Her

LeAnn's POV

"Baby." Crawford said shaking me
"Let me sleep." I groaned pushing his face hoping he would shut up
"Babe get up." He said pecking my lips "Crawford." I whined opening my eyes
"Morning." He smiled
"Morning." I chuckled. He looked at me and caressed my cheek
"What?" I asked he sighed and pulled away
"Crawford what's wrong?" I asked grabbing his hand. He frowned and looked down

"Jessica." He clenched his jaw
"She's mad at me for killing Xavier." He finally looked at me
"Well we can't let her hurt you." I said standing up he shook his head
"She wants you dead." He frowned
"Oh." I whispered
"Baby I'm so sorry." He mumbled
"Crawford w-when did you kill him?" I asked
"Remember when I saw you at the club?" He asked I nodded
"A couple of hours before that we went on a mission." He added

"He was there with the people who betrayed me." He clenched his jaw
"So we killed everyone and I killed Xavier." He said simply
"I guess she found out it was me who did it and is after you so I could feel the pain she did when he died." He explained I sighed and sat on the bed
"I'm sorry." His voice cracked as he walked out of the room. I sighed and followed him
"Crawford." I said walking into his office

"What?" He asked not making eye contact with me
"I'm n-He cut me off
"Go pack, we're leaving." He said drinking whiskey I frowned
"Go LeAnn." He ordered
"Fine." I mumbled walking out of the room. I walked into ours and packed what I think I was gonna need since I don't know how long we're gonna be gone. He walked in and went straight in the closet. I sighed and grabbed the clothes I was gonna wear. I zipped up the suitcase and walked in the restroom. I changed into some ripped jeans and a black shirt that says
"Friday is my 2nd favorite F-word"
Along with a mint and white varsity jacket on top

I untangled my hair and brushed my teeth before walking out, I grabbed my mint color ankle booties and put them on
"Here." Crawford said handing me some black beats
"What's this for?" I asked
"So you won't hear anything your not supposed to." He said I rolled my eyes. I grabbed my phone and put the beats around my neck
"Let's go." He said grabbing his suitcase. I nodded and grabbed mine. We both walked downstairs and outside the house

"Marco." Crawford said as we walks towards the car
"Boss." Marco nodded and helped me with the suitcase
"Thank you." I mumbled he smiled and nodded. They put the suitcases in the trunk as I got in the car
"Got everything?" Crawford asked as he got in the passenger seat
"Yea." I said not looking at him
"Drive Marco." He ordered
"Yes boss." Marco said and started the car and drove off

"Put on the headphones and hear music." Crawford said to me
"Bullshit." I mumbled putting them on
"Language." Crawford spat. I rolled my eyes and flipped him off. Honestly I don't even know why he's acting like this. Does he think I'm mad because he killed Xavier? Or that Jessica wants to kill me? Well I'm not, I'm mad because they way he's acting. I blasted music so I wouldn't hear them. Where are we going? Crawford looked at me and said something to Marco

***2 Hours Later***

We are in Las Vegas, how cool right?
"Why are we here?" I asked Crawford as I got out of the car
"Take her to the hotel I'll be back." Crawford said to Marco
"Fuck you Crawford." I spat
"Go." Crawford said looking at me I rolled my eyes and followed Marco
"Why are you mad at Crawford?" Marco asked
"Because your boss is a fucking asshole." I spat

"He thinks you're mad at him." He said as we walked in the hotel
"I wasn't until he started ignoring me." I huffed
"He's just worried about you and the baby." He said
"Well he shouldn't." I rolled my eyes
"You guys are everything to him LeAnn." He said
"I get that but I don't know why he ignores me and only talks to me when he wants to." I said to him
"That's Crawford for you." He shrugged as he signed in. I didn't reply as we went to the hotel room
