I woke up to Crawford sleeping like an angel. He looks so peaceful, who knew he could have so much on his mind?
"Shit." I mumbled trying to get up but only to get pulled back down by Crawford
"No....stay." He mumbled in his raspy voice
"Crawford we have work." I caressed his cheek he smiled

"Fuck work babe." He mumbled and pulled me closer
"Craw." I whined he opened his eyes and looked at my lips
"Morning babe." He pecked my lips I smiled
"Morning." I said he chuckled
"Why are you so worried about work?" He asked playing with my hair
"Because it's my job Crawford." I said in a duh tone

"Well yea but it's not like Noah is gonna kill you." He looked at me
"I know, but I have to work to get paid Crawford." I said
"You don't have to work." He pecked my lips
"When you're with me you won't have to work, I'll give you money a-I cut him off
"No." I shook my head

"Crawford I'm an independent woman I don't need a man to be paying for all my needs." I gave him a small smile
"I wish you were my woman." He mumbled
"Crawford." I sighed
"Sorry." He whispered
"Crawford we agreed on just being friends." I said

"I know Lee but it's hard ok?" He snapped
"Sorry, it's just I wish I could call you mine." He said
"You already do." I chuckled
"It's not the same." He mumbled
"You're making this really hard Crawford." I said sitting up
"How? Because I want you to be mine?" He scoffed

"Crawford it's not like that a-He cut me off
"No I get it." He said standing up and putting on his shoes
"Friends right?" He said I stayed quiet
"See you at work LeAnn." He spat and walked out. What was that? I sighed and got ready for work. After I finished getting ready I grabbed my bag and files and walked downstairs

"Oh here it is." I said grabbing my phone from the couch
"Off to work?" Cece asked I nodded
"See you later ok?" I said
"Yup, take care." She said I nodded and grabbed the car keys
"Bye." I said walking out the house. I got into the car and drove off to work

I don't know why Crawford is so mad, I told him I wanted to be just friends for now

I got to the industry, I got out of the car grabbed my bag, files and locked the car. I walked in to see Laura wasn't at her desk. I rolled my yes and walked in the elevator. Ding
I walked out and made my way to Noah's office
"Goodmorning." Laura said walking out of Crawford office and buttoning up her shirt and smirked

"Morning." I said clenching my jaw and walked into Noah's office
"Morning." I sighed he looked at me
"What's wrong?" He asked
"Nothing I'm fine, just had a rough morning." I mumbled putting my bag on my desk
"Hey Noah, I have those files you wanted." Crawford said walking in I sat on my chair and turned on the laptop

"Oh thanks." Noah smiled at him
"Do you want any coffee Mr. Gamez?" I asked standing up
"Nah I'm good." He said
"I'll be back." I said he nodded. I grabbed my phone and walked out of his office and into the eating lounge
"Can you make me one?" A voice asked I turned to see Crawford
"Make one yourself what are your hands for?" I snapped

"What's wrong with you?" He spat
"You are! Just leave me alone." I mumbled
"Hello Mr. Collins." Laura walked in I glared at her. Crawford looked at me and it hit him
"Did you see?" He asked
"No." I spat and pushed past him
"LeAnn! Wait!" He yelled from behind me

"Babe." He whispered wrapping his arm around my waist
"Let me go Crawford." I said and sighed
"Nothing happened I swear, I walked in and she was topless but I kicked her out." He defended
"D-Did you kiss her?" I asked looking at him he looked down

"You're such an asshole." I pushed him away. I shook my head and walked away
"Sorry I took long." I said closing the door
"It's ok." Noah smiled
"Now what really happened? What did he do?" He asked
