Moving On

"That explains it. I knew something had to be wrong with this guy. Hot, tall, bad boy. The bad thing is that he likes you."

"Hey! I'm not that bad."

She laughs. "On the contrary, Aaron. If your his first kiss, he's just asking for trouble." I smile lightly at her. She knows me so well.

"Carley! Trevor is here!" I furrow my eyebrows at her. "Who's Trevor?" She sighs and jumps off her bed. "My best friend. Come on, I'll introduce you two." I nod and stand, pulling my PTV(Peirce the Veil) shirt over my waistband.

We jog down the stairs and I see a tall blonde leaning agaisnt the wall. He has long toned arms crossed over his defined chest. I couldn't help staring. He was hot.

Almost Aiden hot.

But that didn't matter. I can't get attached to someone else. Besides... I could never get attached to a guy like I did Aiden... I don't even think it's possible.

"Sup Trev. This is my cousin Aaron. She'll be staying with me a while." He smiles a friendly smile at me and holds his hand out. "Hi Aaron. I'm Trevor." I shook his hand, giving him a fake smile back. "So I've heard. So, your best friends with this crazy loon?" I ask, throwing my thumb behind my shoulder. He laughs and nods. "Sadly yes."

Carley punches Trevor. "Shut up. You love me. Now come on or we'll be late." I furrow my eyebrows. "Wait, where are we going?" I asked as they started walking towards the door.

"Movies. You like horror right?" I smile and nod. "Hell yea! Let's go."

Once we got to the movie theatre, Carley and Trevor walk over towards the entrance. Once she gets there, a girl and a guy run up to her. The boy has dark brown hair and a short, thin figure. But still taller than the blonde girl.

"Carley! Trevor! So glad you guys could make it!" Carley nods and smiles. "Me too. Guys, I need to introduce y'all to my cousin, Aaron. Aaron this is the other half of our group, Patrick and Sara," she then cups one band around her mouth and leans towards me. "They're dating." I laugh and Sara gives me a big smile. "Hi! So glad to meet you! I'm sure you'll fit right in!" I smile back at her.

"Thanks Sara. Your nice." She nods. "It's always better to be nice. Now come on! Let's go get our pants scared off!" She grabs Patrick's hand before running inside. I laugh.

Trevor walks up beside me, smiling. "She's always like that. Just mind her." I laugh and nod. "I got it. One of my other friends are like that."

Fiona.... Fiona was like that. And Aiden was... Aiden.

And just like that, I can't get him out of my head.

After watching Paranormal activity seven, we head out to the car to go grab a bite to eat. Once we all decided on just eating inside McDonalds, we drove right over there.

I sat in front of Carley and beside Trevor. Carley, Sara, and Patrick all talked up a storm. I just kinda felt left out. But I was new, what could I do. Besides, the farther they are away from me, the better. I don't need to get closer friends.
