"Leo and Scorpio?"
Well, yes. The relationship will be all about passion. If both signs respect each other, it will work. Scorpio will feel the warmth of Leo's ray of sunshine and will feel very relaxed. Leos will come to Scorpio themselves because of Scorpio's passionate personality. Those two are very loyal and will do anything for the other, and I find it pretty cute. Their bond will be deep, but once it is broken, it may be hard to get over.

Oh and if you put two of the sign's symbols together, it's like Leo's hoop is holding onto the first line of 'M'. That is probably how secure both signs are.
