Kenpachi was not as impressed with the bounts as he'd thought he would be. Thus far, all they had done was drain him and Captain Hitsugaya of their spiritual energy. Even with six or seven bounts trying to drain his energy they had not succeeded in tiring him. The same was not true, however, for captain Hitsugaya. After that first draining it had taken him the better part of two days to recover. Now they sat together in a basement cell wondering what would happen next. If the child prodigy had a plan he hadn't shared it with Kenpachi.
The female bount had returned again. She walked over to captain Hitsugaya and unchained his feet so that he could walk, before grabbing hold of his arm and pulling him from the room. Kenpachi could do nothing but watch since he was chained rather securely to the wall. He was surprised by the fact that Captain Hitsugaya seemed to be going without a fight. Kenpachi figured that Captain Hitsugaya had given up, which meant that if he wanted to escape it was up to him to find a way out.
