Me: I'm actually walking home to check on him now. I was at this sorority house party for this dude name Kane.

Terry: You pledging now and how things with Jason I know plenty fine ass niggas over there. They going be on that booty cause they love islanders.

Me: Yo bro these dudes so sexy over here and the leader of this group I might pledge for is sexy as hell. His girlfriend watching KJ cause Dion knows her. Things going good with Jason and I can't complain at all. I just know once he leaves things going get rocky just because he does think a lot and worry.

Terry: That's good to hear and you two still going push through but I still say you two not going make it. I don't want be negative but I don't see it but if it was Chris he knows how to keep you on your toes. You heard from him?

Me: I know you is team Chris so shut your mouth cause Jason and I will survive. As I was talking to my brother walking up the road a voice on the side of me said Mjay. When I looked it was a black Mercedes Bens on the side of me driven by Kane.

Kane: Want a ride

Me: House right there

Kane: Island boy I ain't ask you all that I ask if you wanted a ride. Hop in! I got to go see what my girl doing anyway so it's not right to pass you when I'm going by you. He insisted so I hop in his fresh bens that was clean and smelled pretty dam good. I respect you he said as he smiled at me

Me: Why?

Kane: You see how you said fuck the bitches and house to come back home to your baby boy. It takes a real man to do that

Me: Oh! Well thanks and yea little man comes first. Your daddy was like that I guess

Kane: My daddy got murdered when I was seven. When he said that it suddenly went silent. He looked at the road then he looked at me as he pulled in my drive way.

Me: I finally build up the courage to say I'm sorry that happened to you. I can't imagine growing up without my father and to lose him in a cruel way it must be hard.

Kane: It's cool at least I was old enough to know what type of man he was. He was a great father it's just being the wrong place at the wrong time cost him his life. He was a police officer

Me: Wow man! What was your fathers name ?

Kane: his name was Kane

Me: Oh so your a KJ as I started to laugh. That's my sons initials and nickname.

Kane: He laughed then he said that's cute as he went in his pocket. Oh that girl told me to give you this as he started to laugh

Me: What girl?

Kane: The one you was talking too she said she want taste you. We both started to laugh then he said she want taste that tropical flavor hot dog. You going have to get use to it cause bitches and dudes going be on you

Me: Nigga dudes? I had to stop and think about what I just said because I haven't had to act str8 in a good minute. It felt weird as those words came out my mouth but I didn't want him know who I really am.

Kane: We reach home now. You can tell my girl I outside. He paused then he said no I want meet little man

Me: He might be sleep

Kane and I went up to my apartment. When I got inside Cassie was stretched out in the chair sleep and KJ had a chair to the kitchen counter washing the dishes. I just laugh because it look as though KJ was watching her

Me: KJ what you doing

KJ: Cleaning the dishes daddy

Me: I see that but I don't want you bleach up your PJs.

Kane: What up little man I'm Kane Cassie boyfriend

KJ: Weren't you just here

Kane: No little man I just came here with your dad from the party we was at. Mjay he looks exactly like you! It's amazing that he is just a smaller copy of you. Your baby mother must've really hated you or thought about you a lot

Me: Well I'm glad she did

Cassie: Baby what are you doing here she said as he opened her eyes and stretched. I'm sorry Mjay I was watching him but I didn't know when I fell a sleep. You got a smart little boy and he's quit grown for his age.

KJ: thank you

Kane and Cassie left about ten minutes later. KJ knew something but he didn't want tell me. He was just looking at me laughing

KJ: Daddy that's not her boyfriend

Me: How you know that and what's a boyfriend?

KJ: Because he ain't the guy that been here kissing her. I saw them when I was looking out my room door. A boyfriend is someone a girl love and make babies with right. Like you and mommy did to make me?

Me: I just started laughing hard then I said so you think being in a relationship is just about loving each other and making babies

KJ: Love suppose to be the most important thing right daddy

Me: I was laughing but I was really shocked and impressed that he knew some bases of a relationship at his age. I said yea you right once you got love your relationship should be good. Trust is another important factor but you ain't got to get into all of that yet. You in love? You got a lil girlfriend?

KJ: He said no then he covered his face. He started blushing then I said what she name. He laughed then he said Gabriella she an Indian with long black hair

Me: Oh! My son got taste as we laughed. I thought him how to clean the dishes long ago but he was there cleaning it like a pro. He said again that's not her boyfriend daddy

KJ: She was doing some really bad things with that boy

Me: What the other boy name?

KJ: Room

Me: Room? What you want go in the room to bed

KJ: No daddy he name Rome
