Benny and Smalls moved back after they retired. Which happened sooner than we thought it would. Benny was pitching a baseball and his knee twisted the wrong way. He was never allowed to play professional baseball ever again. When he left, Smalls retired with him. He said it wasn't the same without Benny there.
Benny got married and had 7 kids.
