It all started back in my home town in Georgia. Summer vacation had just begun and my parents were sending me away. They said since I was starting high school I needed to get out of Georgia and go up to Washington. They said that they wanted me to have a better life then what they had in our small do nothing town. So they sent me to Forks to live with my Aunt Matilda and Uncle Jason. Matilda is my mother's older sister. And Jason is in the army, so he is kinda never home. The old up side to this is I get to see my cousin Jordan. He's like 17. Anyway Aunt M picked me up from the airport and as we were driving home she finally spoke "So Abby how has it been. I haven't seen you in about 3 years." I look up from my book "I've been ok. How's Uncle Jason?" She looks at the road with a hint of sadness. "He's still over seas. But he'll be home in a few months to visit and he should be coming home for good in about a year and six months." I smile. I've never seen anyone who loved someone so much like Aunt M loves Uncle J. We pull up to a two story brown house. "Welcome home." Aunt M says. Jordan comes out the door and comes to the car. "Hey cuz long time no see." He says. "Right back at ya." He helps me out of the car. "Listen after we get you unpacked I'm gonna take you to La Push to meet some friends of mine." I nod. Aunt M shows me my room. It's big and it has its own bathroom. After I unpack I take a quick shower and meet Jordan downstairs. "Let's go me the friends."
