Erica's POV
We walked into the school and I went to fine Madison and Danielle. Victoria went to find one of her friends Carley. I went up to them and in the pit of my stomach, something wasn't right. They are usually laughing but this time, was different. They were just standing there. Not smiling not laughing, nothing.
"Hey guys!" I said
Nothing didn't even look at me

"What's wrong?" I asked
Madison, who was Graces sister looked at me like she's been crying for hours.

"They found Grace." Madison said

"Really that's so great I'm so happy where is she?" I asked frantically

"In heaven." Danielle said

"What? I don't understand." I said furring my eyebrows

"They found her body by a river, looks like she was there for years, and no one saw her. She really was dead this whole time." Madison said with a tear rolling down her cheek.

My heart shattered. I just walked away from them and went through the hallway p. Bumping into people and everything, they all were talking to me, but I payed no attention. I walked outside and sat on a sidewalk. The same sidewalk me and Grace met on.
*Flashback*
"Hey Erica this is my sister Grace!" Madison said with a smile on her face

"Hi I'm Erica!"

"Hi." She said shyly

We all were sitting on the sidewalk while Grace was just kind of there, dozed off and into her own world. I went over to her and sat beside her.

"Hey you okay?" I asked

"Yeah I'm just not used to being around so many people at one time. It's usually just me and Madison." She said looking at me

"Hey how about I make you a deal." I said

"Shoot." She said

"I want to become your friend but you have to become mine."

"Sounds great to me!"
*flashback over*

Now that I know she's gone, and I can't get her back, I feel like this is all my fault. The day she disappeared, is a dreadful day.

*flashback (again)*
me and Grace were walking to school when she looked at me in shock

"What's wrong?" I asked

"I forgot my iPad I'll be right back." She said running off to her house with me shortly behind her

"You can wait out here if you want I'll go get it." She said

I nodded my head in approval and she took off into the house and closing the door. I stood outside for maybe 15 seconds when I heard a loud crash. I opened the door and walked in slowly.

"Grace?" I shouted through the house but it just echoed

"Grace you okay I heard a crash?,"

Nothing. Dead. Silence. I started getting worried and looked all trough the house. I walked in to living room and saw a table shattered and glass everywhere, and blood. I went to full panic mode.

"Grace!" I shouted almost crying
I searched all through the house she wasn't. Here

*Flashback over*

I regret my last words to her. All I did was nod my head. Not a simple 'goodbye I love you sis!' Nothing. I sat on the sidewalk, crying.

"Awe no need to cry." I heard a voice behind me say. But I knew who it was

"Go away Kian! I'm not in the mood." I snapped

"Ugh, your never in the mood."

I just sat there not responding. I felt him standing behind me.

"Kian get away from me I know your behind me!" I snapped again

Then a cloth with some type of chemical came over my mouth I didn't breathe in but I knew it wasn't Kian doing it. One, the is person had big muscular arms, and two, I could see Kian on the other side of the sidewalk looks at me.

"Breathe in princess, this will all be over soon." The person said behind me

I couldn't take it anymore, I need to breathe. I gasped for breath and everything slowly became blurry and the persons grip loosened as I slowly started to lay down. I saw Kian came over to me and kneel beside me.

"Level one, has now started."
