CHAPTER 15 - Something You Have To Learn

“Uhmm… moving on, and letting go… it wasn’t learned.” Atsuko mumbled. “It’s something that comes in naturally… like how a memory, no matter how precious that was, fades over time. You don’t need to do anything about it. It just… comes.”

“Hmm? What’s wrong?” the tall girl asked noticing a deep breath from the person beside her who is staring onto somewhere far where only her eyes know where.

“N-nothing… I just…” a poke on her cheeks was felt. “Eh? What’s that for?” she asked giddily.

“Nothing. I suddenly missed your dimples. That’s all~”

“That’s the first time you poked my dimples Nyannyan!” Yuko replied with a full smile. “You must be dreaming of me every night! Right?! Poking my dimples in each and every dream~”

“Eh?! No! No way!” her hand is waving side to side while shaking her head, smiling widely. “I’m not!”

“Eehhhn? You are~~ You are~~” the short girl insisted with a wide beam. “Well, I can understand perfectly! My charms are working! I am irresistible after all!” she nods.

“What?!” her giggles continue. “I’m not charmed or anything~ and definitely not dreaming of you~”

“Just admit it Nyannyan~” she continued teasing. “I know it’s not just my dimples that you missed~ my lips! Ne? My lips?” pointing on her now pouting lips. “I know you want a kiss from me~”

“Eh?! Where is that even coming from?!” Haruna laughed heartily with a hint pain tingling on her eyes. “Maybe you are the one dreaming of me!”

“I’ll be married in three days! So you better kiss me now!” Yuko scoots closer. “Let’s kiss!”

“Eh?!” the tall girl blushed. “Yuuchan!”

“C’mon! I know you want it!” she dives in for a hug. “Closer!” her hand slips on Haruna’s back and pulled the girl closer and leans her face to lessen the distance of their lips. It was almost touching and both can already feel each other’s breath. “You breathe so sexy.”

“Eeh?! What’s gotten into you?” the tall girl tried resisting. She’s strong but within the arms of the one she loves, it was like all the strength she have in her suddenly disappears.

“Oh~ Nyannyan’s not that strong as I expected.” Yuko laughed and distanced her face a little. “So you really want a kiss from me~! I know you’re stronger than that.”

“I- I just don’t want to use my full force on you~”

“Hnn? Why is that?” the short girl questioned seductively, raising her eyebrows playfully.

“…because you might get hurt you know! … and I don’t want that.”

“I see.” Yuko gazed away and shifts her eyes towards the tall girl’s neck while keeping her hands locked on Haruna’s back to stay close. “So you’d rather have my kiss than to get me hurt~” blowing air onto the other’s neck.

“Th-that’s not… that’s not it.”

Yuko giggled uncontrollably. “You’re stuttering now.” Her other hand travelled towards the long haired girl’s neck, warming it up and making the tall girl turned red. “…and blushing too~”

“W-why are you…” Haruna shifts her eyes away. “I poked you because you’re sighing deeply.”

Yuko laughed and released the girl from her arms and stare away onto the clouds. “I know. Thank you Nyannyan.”
