Under the blade of Garroth, a spark of electricity surged in me.
I was determined to pull him back to sense, turn him back into the Garroth I knew.
"Garroth!"I yelled.I already knew his attention was on me, so I preached to him.He answered like he was hurt, and he deserved to do this.
"No you don't,"I countered,"You have to know that your feelings towards Aphmau may never be returned, and you have to learn to put them aside!You have to do this to be you, Garroth!"
Suddenly, he drew his blade back and knocked off his helmet.He looked at me, and his cold ice irises said you're right.I nodded, and he blew by me.Suddenly, I turned and saw what triggered him;Zane was about to strike Aphmau.Their blades were locked, and the two had a nerving exchange of words.
Suddenly, a portal appeared behind them.
"A portal!"Emmalynn yelled.
"Go, Go now"Garroth ordered.
"No, we can't leave you like this!"Aphmau pleaded.
"I said go NOW,"Garroth yelled.
We all took for the exit, brushing by the elf that opened the portal.
As I ran and jumped through I heard a faint I love you Aphmau, and I collapsed on the ground of the other world.
