Tony pulled up and as usual hurled a few good natured insults at Lenny before they both cruised away down the misty Italian streets of Sicily. Lenny went to tell Tony about the amazing girl he met and how he felt and then hesitated on the thought of Tony insulting her or telling him to forget her. But how could he? She was the only person to show him affection and passion and to that thought he put his head down and remained silent. The car journey was quiet and almost awkward not only that but Tony was picking up on Lenny's grouchy mood. "The fuck is up with you today anyway Lenny? You look like shit!" Tony said not in the slightest concerned. "I umm well I met a-" Lenny was cut off "oh look Gerald is here." Lenny felt his heart sink. No body ever listens to him. But she does. Lost in his thoughts he forgot to greet Gerald and at this point they were staring at Lenny for his bad manners.
The car finally came to a halt and Lenny thanked them for the ride. Walking down the street Lenny took in his surroundings. The tall buildings cast dark silhouettes over the busy city road leaving the streets dimly lit from the sun.
Strolling down the aged and beaten side walk Lenny's more then breath taking surroundings got the better of him. Looking around he gazed at the poverty stricken city. People were stood on the rusted stairs lodged onto the sides of old apartment buildings. His thoughts interrupted for a moment when confronted by the sight of a small gang of heavies from the Gambaro family...
"Run! Go on run you silly Italian fool" came a voice inside Lenny's head. But Lenny wasn't going to do that. It wasn't his style. Yeah maybe there was three other guys and he was outnumbered. So? He thought as he continued to psych himself up before reaching them "Oh hey guys! Oh it's my lucky day, I was just coming to see you!" Lenny said with his smarmy tone and cheesy smile. One of the heavies replied "I hate to notice how sarcastic you are Lenny, maybe this will knock some manners into that skull of yours..." The thug reached into a deep pocket in the side of his trench coat but before he got a solid grip Lenny removed his hand from his pocket revealing his brass knuckles and bringing them into the arrogant gangsters jaw breaking it; preventing him from fighting back in just one blow. The others reacted swiftly with big wild swings at Lenny but were both easily evaded and counters were thrown. Lenny didn't gamble. The men all laid on the floor groaning and holding there injuries tight. Lenny gave a small victory smile before kicking one and walking away, flicking his coat as he left.
From a window not far up in a building was a Gambaro hideout and watching him was Louisa. She let out a sigh of relief, He was ok. The door swung open and the tall mysterious character from the ally way walks in, "it's about time that little punk got the beating he deserves!" Louisa stood in horror she knew she couldn't tell him that Lenny had beat up his goons and ran away. "Well your tough guys sure showed him babe." She wanted to satisfy him so he wouldn't hit her again. "I wasn't asking you now go make yourself useful there's a kitchen to tend to!" Louisa scurried out of the room.
The Gambaro family were ruthless and to be avoided. They would stop at nothing to see their enemies crushed but this was only the beginning of their problems. The Torinis were a very smart family and they were rising up in Sicily the only thing in their path...
The Gambaros.
Later that day Lenny was out with Tony at the bar and after a very close game of darts the two agreed to walk home. Drunk out of their minds they stumbled down the empty streets of Sicily laughing and singing like happy little children. Lenny then saw someone smoking on the other side of the street. It was a girl. Red corset. Black borders. Dark tights with suspenders attached. Louisa. Lenny stumbled across the road yelling "Louisa wait... Hey Louisa.... Hello?" She turned around "Look sugar I ain't no Lou-whosa but I can be whoever you want for the right price!" She looks him up and then down. Lenny just laughs and replies "sorry dear I don't give to the homeless." He staggers away laughing uncontrollably, while Tony watches completely bewildered by what just happened "who the hell is Louisa?" he says to himself before completely dismissing it and following slowly behind Lenny.
