The burglar

Shoot! my stomach!!

I grab my stomach embarrassed as he smiles.

"I'll get us something to eat"

I stand there my cheeks flushed red. Looking around I find something to do.

His house is pretty neat. I thought.

Sitting on the couch, I look at the magazines on each cover. They were all pictures of him.

What is this? Is he famous?

"Dinners ready" He says whispering into my ear. I jump up, startled. He laughs.

I give him the eye. He stops laughing as he takes me to the dining room.

Sitting down I fall on my butt onto the marble floor.

"Oww! Ya! what was that for?!?"

He looks at me suprised. Pointing at the chair he looks at me.

" I was pulling the chair out for you, like a gentlemen should."

Grabbing my butt I limp towards a new chair.

"Yeah, well the lady just landed on her butt so thanks alot."

He looks at me then tries to keep from laughing. I snort at him.

He gives me my meal as I sit down. It was mashed potatoes with gravy filled on the top with a heaping of roasted turkey on my dish.

I stare at it hungrily then find him watching me. Crossing my arms I look away.

"J-just so you know I wasn't that hungry but since you already made it I will eat it so it doesn't go to waste.

He stares at me nodding, motioning his hands towards my dish. I give a slight cough as I look at the dish again. Smiling I say:

"Jalmukgetsoopnida!!"

(Jalmukgetsoopnida:means thanks for the meal)

I grab a turkey slice and stuff it into my mouth. It melts as I chew and the gravy and mashed potato fits in perfectly as it creates a perfect mixture of sweet and saltiness.

I half drool.

So good!

I hear him laughing as he puts his head on the table. Wiping my face with a napkin I look at him.

"Wae? Is there something on my face?"

Still laughing he looks at me.

"No...your just so cute." He says.

Letting go of my fork I sit there suprised.

C-cute?!?

I stand up. Getting out of my chair I go towards the living room.

"Where are you going??" He says.

I pout looking at him.

"I'm going to sleep!" I say.

He stops me.

"Here i'll show you to my room."

I blush

what?!?

I look away.

"It!'s fine I will sleep on the floor."

He looks at me then starts rubbing his chin. Looking at me he smiles.

"Well, that won't do now won't it princess!" He says as he princess carries me, grunting.

I look at him my eyes wide.

"Ya!!! Moe!!!"

I struggle trying to get down, but he only grabs me tighter.

"Your really light, you know that?" he says teasingly.

I slap his head.

" Shut up"

He finally lets me down as he opens the door to his room.

"Welcome, to my room.

(GD's POV)

I lead her into my room. Closing the door to my room slowly I show her to my bed.

"Sorry I would let you use the guest rooms but I haven't finished unpacking yet."

She just stares at the room uncomfortably. Then I realize why. A man and woman. In the same room. I gulp.

"W-well make yourself comfortable......um...I...I think I will sleep on the floor.."

She replies smirking.

"Hmph! good idea. I wouldn't want your germs on me."

I roll my eyes. There she goes again.

I grab an extra blanket and spread it on the floor. Laying down I look at her as she seems like she was hesitating.

"It's clean. I haven't used it yet."

She looks at me angrily. I look away. Finally moving she sniffs the bed. I try not to laugh.

Laying down slowly she gives a soft sigh.

It was quiet for a few moments. Breaking it I ask:

"Hey, whats your name?"

She stays still then replies.

"None of your buisness"

I frown. Looking up I give her a pouty reply.

"Come on!! we're neighbors! aren't we? I mean-"

"Ayu."

I stop speaking.

"Ayu?"

She doesn't reply. I crack a big smile.

"My real name is Ji yong."

Silence. Is she sleeping?

I look up. Her eyes were closed. She is sleeping.

Sighing I lay back down. I close my eyes as well.

.................................

"ahh....somebody..help me......"

I wake up from the sound.

Sleepy I look at her as she tosses and turns on the bed.

I shake her.

"Ya....wake up...your dreaming..."

Her cries only get worse. Fully awake now I look at her. She was sweating, Her eyesbrows arched into a full frown.

Looking at her I didn't know what to do. Somehow watching her made my heart ache, hurting.

Then I lean slowly towards her forehead and give her a gentle kiss.

She stops immediately. I sigh of relief. Then all of a sudden she smiles as she says half sleepy:

"Thank you..."

I stop for a few seconds. The I put a hand to my head. My heart was beating, fast. Blushing I lay down again.

What was that.....
