Chapter 23

The next day 

"Sam" I heard someone say before shaking me softly "Sam" they said again I jumped as my eyes opened 

"Mitch what are you doing here?" I asked still groggy from my sleep 

"They boys and I came to see you but Jordan said you cracked it with a nurse and stumbled in here to he with Jade" he explained sitting in the chair beside the bed, I looked down at Jade who still was sleeping in my arms and still no change 

"Come on why don't you go back to your room and get something to eat? the doctors need to check on her" Mitch explained  

"I just don't want to be without her, I did this to her and I can't lose her I just can't" I let a slight tear roll down my cheek 

"If you want to look after her the best thing you could do right now is let the doctors look at her" he explained standing up holding out his hand "come on Sam , you can come right back but the boys also want to see you" he smiled I looked down at Jade 

"I promise ill be right back beautiful" I said softly before leaving a soft kiss on her lips, I slowly climbed out of bed and followed Mitch. I looked back at Jade I just didn't want to leave her but I know that there was little I could do other than just be here for her. 

"Sammy" Ash stood smiling as I made my way into my room 

"Hey bro" I shot him a quick smile 

"What were you thinking trying to he a mucho man" terry chimed in punching my arm lucky not my sore one 

"I had to be with her, I still do" I rubbed the back of my neck before sitting on my bed 

"You gotta learn to listen to what your nurses and doctors say you can't just do what you want in a hospital" Ash began to lecture me 

"Well what would you do if the love of your life was laying in a bed all alone and you couldn't see her?" I questioned him 

"No one said you can't see her but you have to go about it the right way Sammy, we want you to get better don't ruin that by being a hero" I just rolled my eyes  

"Seriously you gotta listen" Terry said growing annoyed at how I was ignoring Ash 

"Okay now you've seen me and spoken to me can I go back to Jade?" I asked just ignoring what Terry and Ash said before looking at all the boys 

"Come on we just got here?" Warren spoke up 

"I know you did but please could we just chat and all that in her room so I can at least be with her?" I raised an eyebrow 

"Fine" Ash finally said I stood up and began to head to Jades room when suddenly I heard an alarm going off and people rushing into her room. 

"What's going on?" I looked at the boys who all stood in shock not knowing themselves. 

I rushed across the hall into her room to see her surrounded by nurses and doctors. 

"Quick we need to get her into surgery right now! Her body is starting to shut down if we don't move fast we are going to lose her" I heard a doctor shout 

"Please what's going on?" I asked looking around in a panic  

"Sir please wait outside" a nurse grabbed my arm gesturing me to move outside 

"Not until someone tells me what's happening" I shrugged her off 

"Sir please!" She demand again I suddenly felt arms wrap around me and lift me carrying me back to my own room
