I was at the library today
Drowning myself in books
As usual
When from the corner of my eye
I found this cute boy staring at me
Caramel eyes
Silky hair
Pursed lips
Looking at me
As if he was trying to
Understand me
I looked back and
Gave a questioning look
His cheeks flushed red
His lips parted and
The words
'Hello'
Came out
And that's when I understood
What they meant by
You had me at hello.
