Mike did not answer me. Instead, he got out from the driver seat and opened the door on my side.

"What's this?" I asked, my brows knotted when he put a single key in my hand.

"It's a key Congressman."

"Alam kong susi ito, anong kalokohan to Mike?" naiirita na sabi ko.

I don't have patience to analyze his odd behavior, I have enough in my mind para manghula ako sa kinikilos nito.

I forced a smile and greeted back the receptionist and the security guards standing in the lobby. Pati ang janitor na naglilinis ay masayang bumati sa akin, they greeted me with familiarity na parang matagal na nila akong kilala.

If I own a place here, bakit hindi ito pinaalam sa akin nila Papa?

Halong antisipasyon at pangamba ang nararamdaman ko ng pumasok ako sa elevator, na halos hindi ako makahinga, I felt suffocated that I'm breathing heavily.

I can't wait what I'm going to see and at the same time, I'm dreading of what I'm going to discover

But all my worries blotted out from my mind when a sudden feeling of déjà vu hit me the moment I stepped out of the elevator, my steps faltered. A strange feeling overcome me as I walked at the long hallway, my heart thumped loudly.

The place felt more than familiar to me.

It feels like I belong here.

A sensation that I finally found the part of myself that is missing, the part of missing puzzle of my life.

It's not déjà vu.

It's me..remembering my old life.

An image of myself, walking on the same hallway flashed to my mind. A spring in my steps, an excitement on my face na para bang hindi na makapaghintay na marating ang paroroonan ko.

And another image of myself.

Happiness was gone in my face. I walked in this hallway with loneliness and sadness, my shoulder drooped na para bang ang bigat ng problema na dinadala ko.

Daze and bewildered, I found myself standing in front of a closed door. Hindi ko na kailangan tingnan ang numero na nakadikit dito, my feet brought me here.

"C-Cass..?"I uttered her name in whisper.

I clenched my eyes as my memories of Cass opened up like floodgates that I almost reeled back. A vision of her, with her dazzling smile running to my arms floated in my mind.
