Chapter 9

Joey's POV

I wake up to my phone alarm. I felt strong arms wrapped around me. I turned and saw Daniel. I lightly shake him.

Daniel: I don't want to go to school!

Joey: Come on sweetie get up!

I unwrapped his arms from me. I got up and dragged Daniel till he fell of the couch.

Daniel:OWWW!

I saw him quickly get up and give me a death stare.

Shit

Daniel: Oh you are so getting Dearium.

I ran upstairs my room. I locked my door and changed.

Daniel: Can I have clothes atleast?

Joey: Fine!

I opened the door and let Daniel in.

Joey:Go pick something.

I shooed him away and finished doing my hair.

Daniel: I need to stop by my house to grab my backpack by the way.

Joey: Fine.

I heard the bell ring. Me and Daniel hugged goodbye and left to the our classes. As I was walking I saw Sawyer and Kian walking bye. I quickly ducked down and walked behind a group of guys. I watched as they slowly made their way to the corner and out of site. I quickly walked to my 1rst period and sat in the back of the classroom. When will this day be over?

the bell finnally rang for 4th period. I walked u to the classroom to see Daniel sitting in the back. I slowly made my way to the back and sat next to him.

Daniel: Hey.

Joey: Well hello there!

Daniel: You comeing over today?

Joey: Yes of course!

Daniel: Good.

Teacher: Mr. Preda and Mr. Graceffa please be quiet.

I saw everyone turn and stare at us.

Joey: Sorry I was just telling him the definition of a word.

Teacher: Mr. Preda please get a dictionary next time.

Daniel: Ok.

Teacher: Now as I was saying.......

I heard Daniel laugh quietly.

Joey: Shh!

I saw him look up and shoot me a death stare.

Damn this boy and his death stares.

I looked back up and nd focused on the teacher.

The bell finnally rang for lunch.

Daniel: Come on let's go to the library.

We walked to the library and sat in the back table.

Daniel: So how's your life right now?

Joey: Horrible but there's just that little tiny light slowly makeing everything brighter.

Daniel: What is it?

Joey: You.

Daniel: Awww.

Joey: Want to know something interesting?

Daniel: Sure.

Joey: You were my 1rst kiss.

Daniel: I WAS!

I saw him jump up and down fan girling.

Joey: Yes now calm yourself.

Daniel: Fine but it's just so great knowing I was your 1rst kiss.

Joey: Ha yah.

Daniel leaned in and kissed my lips passionately.

Daniel:How's tht for a 2nd kiss?

Joey:Amazing.

Daniel: 3rd ones always a charm you know.

Joey: Well save it for our re 1rst date.

Daniel: But I'm so tempted to just grab your cute little face and smashing it with mine.

Joey: Fine!

Daniel grabbed me and stood me up. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck. He leaned in and we kissed.

Sawyer: I hate books.

I jumped right away and hid by a bookshelf.

Preston: Hey Daniel.

Daniel: Um Hi.

Sawyer: Where have you been man?

Daniel: Places.

Preston: Um cool? I guess places are more Important than us, aren't they?

Daniel: Pretty much yah.

I laughed a little at what I overheard Daniel say.

Sawyer: I think someone's listening to our conversation.

I saw Sawyer look around until he spotted me behind the bookshelf.

Sawyer: Well well well what do we have here?

Preston: A gay nerd in his natural habitat.

I heard the bell ring.

Sawyer: Well we'll finish this later. Let's go Preston.

I saw them walk out the door. I turned to Daniel who ran by my side.

Daniel: Thank god they didn't touch you.

He hugged me tight and buried his face in my neck.

Joey: Come on we should go to class.

I gave him a faint smile and we walked to 5th period together.
