Mentally Attached

As Josen sketches his drawings he thinks to himself, " why would i draw this? This is no good" As he balls up the piece of paper. " Open the door Josen!" Yelled Andy." No go away." " Come on man... You got to get out of this room; your like a vampire, " he Joked . "Very funny." Replied Josen sarcastically. " I guess Michelle came home early." Said Andy looking out of Josen's window." Really?" Said Josen as he rose up from his desk and peeped out of his window, looking at the girl next door. " Good afternoon" Said Michelle greeting her mother, and looked towards Josen's bedroom window, waving. He closed his blinds and shuts his door. " Michelle is so beautiful." He thought to himself.

As Josen falls asleep, he dreams about Michelle, turning into a mysterious black butterfly. Flying passed him. He reaches for her and squashed her in his firm small hand. Michelle transforms back to normal. And whispers:"Save my heart" In his ear softly, while her hand slides gently across his warm face.

Josen suddenly woke up with alertness in his eyes. He drags himself out of bed. And into his shower and throwed on his clothes, and headed down stairs."Good afternoon Josen, your still sleepy?" "No I'm awake." Josen said somber, as he headed towards the kitchen, roaming through the cabinets. He grabs a box of cereal and got a jug of milk. He sat down pouring the cereal slowly while looking at his brother, then takes out the trash. After Josen finished his breakfast he grabbed his camera and headed out of the door.

Josen walks downs the street and suddenly notices, Michelle at a flower shop a block away. He follows her, taking pictures of her glistening skin, brown curly hair, and big brown eyes. Michelle seems different from other girls. She looks behind her, he quickly hides behind a building, until she turned back around. He sighs in relief, then quietly walks behind her. Josen stops, look at the pictures he just took, and held it close to his heart.

He feels like a hole in his heart closed, when she waved at him the other day. Week after week he becomes restless, trapped in his dark imagination. He starts to see mental pictures of her in his mind, his feelings for her are so impulsive it's addicting. He realizes his feelings for Michelle is also turning in the wrong direction.

More days passed by, Josen becomes more restless, as he laying on his bed his eyes still open, he tries to go to sleep. But he feels like he can't concentrate, its 2:35 am he hears his older brother stumbling upstairs drunk. Josen stares at his ceiling seeing if he can fall asleep, but it doesn't work.
"What time did you get up?" Said Andy in Josen's door frame confused. "2:30, I can't get any sleep."

What's wrong Josen?" " You wouldn't want to know, you wouldn't understand." "Is it about Michelle?!" "Yeah, I keep thinking about her." "Why?" Said Andy leaning against the wall outside of Josen's door.

What do you mean why?" Said Josen getting up from his bed. " Why would you think about her this early?" "I'm in love with her, I will do anything to have her in my life." Said Josen angered "Look at you!....... look at this room, it's filled with photos, sketches, and paintings of her from wall to wall!" Said Andy still drunk and wobbly. "What are you trying to say?" Said Josen balling up his fist. "You're going crazy over her, calm down man, geez your creepy. You're starting to creep me out too.

You constantly take pictures of her, stalk her, and keep up with her daily routine, bro you gotta chill. Do you feel like you love her? Or do you want her all to yourself? Scold Andy. " You have nothing to do with that!" Said Josen slamming his door. He's pacing back and forth thinking about what Andy said. "How would you know that" said Josen mumbling to himself. As he pulls out a picture of Michelle with a bloody heart stain on it and kisses it.

Josen stabbed his finger with a thumb tack and gets a small tube and drips the blood into it. Mixing it with red paint. He wipes his finger off, puts ointment on it and bandage his finger. He shakes the tube and puts a blank label on the tube then writes bloody red on it. Josen hides the tube in his desk drawer where he keeps his paint supplies.

Josen waited till Andy was asleep in his room, grabs his wallet and phone then heads out the door. He goes to a store and buys a teddy bear. When he got home he went upstairs to his room, searched for a safety pin, his blood paint, and his paint brush. He finds a blank tore up piece of paper from his desk and painted "I love you" on the note. He pins the note on the teddy bear, and goes next door. He knocks on her door, and leaves the teddy bear at the door step.

Michelle peeps out of her window and see's the bear, unlocks the door and picked it up and walking back in her house. She feels nervous and very confused. Josen searched for his duck tape and some rope. He continues to sketch out his plan.
